She sent photos and videos and clearly spent time playing with our cats and it was clear they came to trust her and look forward to her visitors. I had yet another flight failure and didn't make it home. The airlines string us along until last minute, so when I reached out to Lori at almost 9 pm, I was so grateful she was willing to as another visit to my cats. And as I was languishing in rebooting purgatory with everything's else at La Guardia, I was cheered up with the pictures of my cats which were sent within the hour. (She takes great pictures). I highly recommend Lori--its just great peace of mind when she is watching my cats.
Lenny checked in with our two cats once a day for 2 weeks and we are so thankful for her. The girls seemed relaxed, well taken care of and happy when we got home. One day seemed a little tough on them and Lenny stayed way past her time to show them the love they needed. She kept us updated on everything and send lots of pictures which was much appreciated.
