I had yet another flight failure and didn't make it home. The airlines string us along until last minute, so when I reached out to Lori at almost 9 pm, I was so grateful she was willing to as another visit to my cats. And as I was languishing in rebooting purgatory with everything's else at La Guardia, I was cheered up with the pictures of my cats which were sent within the hour. (She takes great pictures). Lenny checked in with our two cats once a day for 2 weeks and we are so thankful for her. The girls seemed relaxed, well taken care of and happy when we got home.
