“Samantha was great! She came over to meet the cats and was flexible with timing since this was last minute. One of my cats is not great with new people but flopped over on her side for Samantha. It made me feel comfortable and I will be using her again!”

“Ian was wonderful with my two cats! Displayed great communication to me and great attentiveness to my cats while gone for two weeks. I was at ease knowing they were being taking care of. I would recommend Ian and rebook with him in the future!”

“Paula is phenomenal. She went above and beyond to provide a super care for our girl. She is prompt and reliable. We’re glad to have found someone we can absolutely trust and count on. Thank you, Paula!”

“We booked Eric for a second time for a couple of drop in visits while we were out of town for the day. The dogs were happy and every went smoothly. He is very easy to coordinate with and was very helpful figuring out a drop in schedule that would work.”
About: Hi there! My name is Noelia, and I’d be honored to take care of your furry loved one!! I have grown up with pets all my life and volunteer with local shelters, leading to many years of experience in taking care of dogs, cats, and rabbits! I am comfortable with all sizes/breeds/ages and am also comfortable with helping administer medicine if need be (I have an epileptic dog and am well versed here.) I also have experience working with both shy and reactive dogs, and am very patient and ready to make your pup feel comfortable! (And safe!) I have two dogs and a rabbit (and have lived with a cat too) and will take care of your pet as if it were my own! Above all, I will be sure to go the extra mile to ensure your furry friend’s health and happiness. Please feel free to ask me any questions :) I now work a fully in-office job, so moving forward I am only able to do drop-ins and walks on the weekends, but pending your pet’s needs I am still taking house-sitting clients during weekdays😊 At home I have two dogs and a bunny. My dogs are huge couch potatoes and love snuggles, but we also take frequent walks around the neighborhood and we have a fenced in yard as well. My bunny, Lola, resides in a room of her own like the princess she is! Since I have a small, prey animal living in the same house as two dogs, trust and safety is imperative. I understand first hand the importance of creating a safe environment for all animals involved. When caring for other pets, I make sure to get all the details on how to best support your pet and take things slow. I am very patient and gentle, but can also match the energy of outgoing, rambunctious pets as well. Above all else though, safety is my #1 priority.
“Kelly was great! She was extremely communicative, both about our pets and a concern she noted with the house even though she was just there for drop-in visits! Will definitely work with her again!”

“Megan was fantastic and very communicative. She always left thoughtful reports about our pets and took tons of pictures. I'd highly recommend her to care for you fur babies!”

“Elysse did a great job taking care of my cat while I was away. She was very communicative and sent frequent updates, including photos and sweet little notes about how my cat was doing. It was so reassuring to know he was in good hands.”

“Andrea does a great job with my Ziggy- I feel at ease knowing he has someone to get some love and attention and playtime with while I’m away. She also brings in my mail and leaves everything exactly how I left it, I’m so glad I switched from my old pet service and found Andrea!”

“Erin has been an incredible sitter for my puppy, Sienna! She is kind, dependable, and has such a calming presence. It was obvious from the start that she truly cares about the dogs she looks after. She took her time with Sienna, was incredibly patient, and always kept me updated with thoughtful messages and adorable photos. Knowing Sienna was with someone so attentive made returning to work so much easier. She was punctual, communicative, and went above and beyond by sending frequent updates and photos after each visit. Her genuine compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for dogs really stand out. I’m so grateful to have found someone I completely trust with my puppy, I would happily book Erin again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring pet sitter.”

“As first time pup parents, we were so worried in leaving our 13 week old puppy by himself since we work the whole day so we decided to take our chance on Rover. We found Sweta as we’re scrolling through so many different dog sitters. We’re so happy that we chose her to take care of our puppy during the day. We’ve been rebooking with her almost everyday. She is very responsive and we appreciate that she got to know our puppy during the first visit. Our puppy loves seeing Sweta. We don’t have to worry during work hours if our puppy is okay since we know Sweta will take care of him. If you’re looking for a dog sitter who will take great care of your furry friend, we highly recommend Sweta!”

“Elizabeth dropped in to check in on our 2 cats. Excellent communication, lots of pictures and updates during the visit. Overall a great experience.”

“Daisy goes above and beyond in her communication and care for your pets. I really appreciated her transparency during the visits, and she was very caring and attentive to my pets needs. I would easily book her again!”

About: I have been working in boarding and the pet hospitality industry for the better half of a decade. This reflects itself in the professional level of care I put into petsitting. I have a lot of flexibility and an open schedule that allows me to spend long periods of time caring for pets and monitoring their health. I have been trained in handling difficult breeds/temperaments and will adjust to a pet’s needs quickly. I have no issues handling large or “aggressive” breeds.
“Zachary did a great job taking care of our kitties while were out the the country. I really appreciated the updates I received through the app, so i never had to worry!”

“Anica took such good care of our dog and cat. Even though our cat is spicy, she still went out of her way to engage with her safely! When our dog got a tick, she removed it for us instead of waiting for us to get home. She was also super flexible when our travel plans changed unexpectedly. It was such a comfort when things were chaotic, we knew Anica was taking great care of our babies. Will definitely be using her services again!”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Rose Hill
Elvia did an amazing job taking care of our cats while we were on vacation. She brought Churus to the meet and greet to make friends with the cats, and made sure to update us each day with an abundance of pictures! We appreciated her care and dedication greatly.

Alyssa is just the absolute best. It is such a wonderful peace of mind when we’re out of town to know our two fur babies are in such wonderful hands. Alyssa has watched our tabbies every time we have been out of town and I can’t recommend her highly enough!

Lauren was fantastic with our cats while we were away for nearly 10 days! She kept us thoroughly updated with regular check-ins, and the cats absolutely adored her visits. She truly went above and beyond—not only did she handle the usual pet messes seamlessly, but she also carefully cleaned up after our cats managed to knock over and break a table lamp. On top of that, she was extremely punctual every single day. We are so relieved to have found someone so trustworthy and caring. Knowing our pets are in such great hands gives us complete peace of mind when traveling. We will definitely be booking Lauren again!

We couldn’t be happier with the care Jeana provided for our elderly cat. After our original sitter fell through at the very last minute, Jeana stepped in on short notice and made us feel completely at ease. She went above and beyond in handling medication and kept us updated with wonderful photos.

Mariia was amazing with our pets and communicating with us while we were away. Our cat usually takes a bit to warm up, and he came out to meet her immediately. I could tell through the photos that our dog was less stressed every visit. He has anxiety when we leave, so it took a lot of stress off of us to see he was being well taken care of.

Rebecca was fantastic! The best cat sitter we have had. She sent photos and videos and clearly spent time playing with our cats and it was clear they came to trust her and look forward to her visitors. I also really appreciated coming home to a clean litter box and all the food bowls and cat food trash taken out. Will definitely use Rebecca again!

Daisy has been a wonderful sitter for Mushu on multiple occasions. She is flexible and a great communicator. She is adaptable in handling my cat even when he gets himself into trouble. She is trustworthy and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you for all your help, Daisy!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
