About: My first two rescues were Rottweilers my third and only child is the child that my mom blessed me with. She is a needy, loving girl but high energy so I’ve dealt with everything from couch potato to high Strong lovely I work from home and my height energy baby is used to go out multiple times a day and she is great with any dog she needs. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I am very active walking them in the neighborhood and we will always make time to go out. We are sidekick and we go walking together, dog parks together, but also she has not ever met a dog that she doesn’t love. Even those in the neighborhood that don’t get along with others love her. I do not have kids, but my nieces who are 5 to 9 or around her often so she is great with them, but I also understand those that don’t want their dog around kids so I will not bring them around them if they are uncomfortable.

Willar has dietary restrictions and some quirks, and Jen was attentive, followed all the instructions for Willar's routine, and she asked very thoughtful questions. Additionally, her dog Louis is so welcoming and sweet. They really helped with some transitions I'm going through and were very accommodating.”

About: Hi there! I’m Grant - my wife and I are huge dog lovers. In April of 2025, we lost our first dog, Moose, a 90lb golden retriever mix. To honor his memory, we began a fostering journey. We successfully fostered out 5 dogs (3 of them seniors) to their forever homes over the next year (including the 5th one, who became our own!). We are aquatinted with all kinds and sizes with dogs. It’s been an honor to get to know each one and explore their unique personalities! We currently have 2 dogs of our own at home: Ellie, a 3yo petite Great Pyrenees, and Charlie, a 2yo Australian Shepherd. This was Augie’s first time spending time away from us with strangers and Marie was very welcoming and seemed to understand dogs and Augie felt at home. Marie also had a good size enclosed yard. She communicated and responded to my texts about on how he was doing. I would use her again, if I was traveling through Washington DC.
I needed to find a sitter while traveling to VA for the 4th of July - Christin is a wonderful communicator, and even without the opportunity for a meet and greet I felt very at ease about having Felix stay with her. She was very understanding and flexible with my fluctuating schedule, she and her husband were both very helpful in making Felix feel comfortable when we first arrived, and I had total confidence that he would be well cared for during his stay with her (and he was 😊)!!
Natalie is the best!! She has exceeded any and all expectations as far as taking care of and loving our dog— not to mention how she has been to kind to us by accepting last minute bookings and unexpected longer stays. Our dog is so comfortable with Natalie and in her home which makes any dog parent feel at ease. Natalie sends updates and photos throughout the day which is the best! We have used Natalie many times and will always recommend her!
Paula was an exceptional rover! I had a last minute daycare request the evening prior and she accommodated for an early drop off.
