I charge more than most sitters because I know what I can offer. I owned a cat for 21 years, so my level of patience with accidents and stubborn animals knows no bounds. I’d love to know your pet’s schedule, habits, and preferred treats and toys so I can make them as comfortable as possible while their best friend is away.
A typical day
I’m equally content playing or cuddling with your pet, whatever they’re into! Leave out your cat’s favorite toy, but if they’d rather sit quietly with me, I’ll make them comfortable, even if it means sitting on the floor all visit.

Pet care experience
I have experience with playful kittens, shy babies, and lazy, needy senior cats. I’ve administered medications to willing cats with a calm word and a reassuring chin or ear scratch (please specify which your particular cat prefers!) Your more playful pets will notice the positivity and energy I bring into any interactions, and I’m an expert at tiring out an energetic kitten or pup so they take a well-deserved nap as I’m on my way out the door. For a gentler pet, I’ll sit patiently and let the cat sniff me the whole half hour if that’s what it takes! Either way, expect a premium experience including detailed notes after each visit and pictures of any and all cats. I've been specializing in cat care on Rover for the past 7 years. Before that, I volunteered at Crumbs and Whiskers, socializing shy cats and trimming nails when I could.

Frank was wonderful, again. Drawing out my cat when I swear he won't come out at all. And getting a great picture of Toulouse in Frank's shoes. Frank provides such great updates and photos, even when I'm gone just 36 hours. I know Toulouse is well looked after.
Frank is the cat whisperer. Everything I said about my cat not eating and not appearing while gone was apparently a lie because Frank got so many pictures of my cat betraying me. Toulouse clearly trusted Frank right away and Frank was able to read Toulouse's warning signs really well. He did a great job with the outside stray kitties too. This was my first time leaving Toulouse with a stranger and it went better than all the times I had a friend or roommate do it. This was a test run and I feel 100% confident I can actually go away on a proper vacay and Toulouse will be in awesome hands.
