About: I grew up with many pets. For example, I’ve had 6 birds, 3 hamsters, 1 dwarf gerbil, 1 leopard gecko, 2 cats, 2 dogs, and possibly more. I currently have 2 dogs. Both are rescues. Jasper is 2 years old and I’ve had him since he was about a month old if even that, and Raleigh who is 7 now. I’ve had her since she was 2. Aside from the doggy babies, I also currently have a brown anole that I took in from Florida. His name is Tommy and I’ve had him for 4 months now. He was a baby when I found him. I also have 2 fish, Gumball and Penny. I personally believe all animals are babies. I’ve also pet sit for family members before. I’m currently working part time and I’m not yet in school. I do have a lot of free time, and because I don’t live alone I have people home to help take care of my furry and scaled friends, where as some people may need some extra help that I’d be able to provide! I was raised right. I’m respectful, do not cross boundaries, and know better than to disrespect clients (human and animal, of course!) I’m a big empath, I love animals beyond comprehension. I’m a vegetarian that’s working my way to veganism if that can show you how empathetic I am. I also cry while watching Ratatouille. I love walking, I love talking to animals, I treat animals as if they are literal babies because they are just too cute!

I can give medications, hand feed, clean incontinence/accidents, scoop and clean litter boxes, administer subcutaneous IV fluids, walk, play, and anything your baby may need. About: I’ve been passionate about animal science and animal welfare for as long as I can remember. I’m currently a veterinary technician at an animal hospital in the DC area. I’ve worked at the Smithsonian Zoo, NIH facilities, doggy daycare and boarding facilities, animal clinics, and a humane society shelter for birds, cats, dogs, rodents and reptiles. I will be applying for veterinary school this summer and I am currently in a Master’s program with a concentration in bioengineering. I’m currently working full-time at an animal hospital, including mornings on Saturday. I have two days during the week that I am off the clock. My shifts are from 7:30am to 6:00pm during the week and 7:30am to 12:00pm. I’ve used my experience in veterinary medicine and educational background (B.S. in animal science from UMD) to recognize animal behavior. I’ll know to understand your pets boundaries and behaviors when interacting with them in their home.
