About: I’m a Fear Free Certified Professional, currently studying animal behavior. I’ve been running my own home based doggy daycare and boarding house for four years. My care is crate-free (unless that's what your pup's preferred at-home routine is,) with regular group outings to trails and the beach. I live in a two level home where the entire downstairs and fenced backyard are just for the dogs! It’s colorfully set up as the coolest doggie social club, but the pups are welcome throughout both levels of the home. They are never forcibly isolated and almost always prefer to be close to wherever I am. I keep my client list small and personal—almost all of my dogs have been with me for years. I don’t aim to pack the house; I aim to give the best experience possible for every dog and human involved. She also co-runs the daycare! I focus on keeping things consistent, calm, fun, and full of bonding—play, rest, outdoor time, and enrichment are all part of the daily rhythm. Outside of daycare hours, the space functions as our home too, so dogs experience a relaxed, real-life environment, not a facility. I send updates, pictures, and videos throughout the day.

About: I grew up with 3 dachshunds and pet sat for many years during college. I've also had 2 cats during college that have since passed away. I've worked a summer on a goat farm, fed chickens, and watched pet doves. I have a good presence with animals and people. I am a freelancer and am at home for the majority of the day. Emily is a fantastic dog sitter! She watched my pup overnight, kept me updated with photos and messages, and made sure Roxy felt right at home. Her dog, Kibli, is super sweet and was such a fun (and gentle!) playmate, even though he’s much bigger than Roxy. I found Emily to be completely trustworthy and responsible, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoyed spending time with my dog. I highly recommend Paula for your dog care needs. As a registered nurse and neurotic dog mom, I’m very particular about who I will leave my dogs with. Both my babies have allergies with special food for each, need sunscreen and have behavioral quirks as they are brothers from the same litter. Paula has been great with me and my dogs- something I cannot say about every dog sitter on Rover. With my unpredictable schedule she has been very understanding of cancellations and time changes.
