About: Hi! I’ve had dogs my entire life and currently care for two of my own. I’m very comfortable with daily routines like feeding, walking, playtime, and basic care. I offer reliable dog walking and drop-in visits in your home, so your pet can stay comfortable in their own environment. I’m patient, attentive, and always focus on making pets feel safe, calm, and cared for. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to follow your instructions closely and keep routines consistent. Whether your dog needs a relaxed walk, some playtime, or just company while you’re away, I’m happy to help. I treat every pet like my own and always make sure they feel loved, safe, and well looked after while you’re away. I’m home most days with my toddler, which allows me to be flexible and reliable for dog walking and drop-in visits. I plan my schedule to ensure pets receive consistent care, attention, and timely visits throughout the day. When caring for pets in your home, I always prioritize safety, respect, and routine. I follow your instructions closely, keep doors secured, and make sure your pet stays comfortable in their familiar environment. I provide updates and communication so you always know how your pet is doing. I’m often with my toddler during the day, so I’m a great fit for dogs that are friendly and comfortable around children.
“Kyel was an amazing person to care for our dogs. We don’t normally go on many trips as we also worry about where to leave our dogs but we tried Kyel’s service. He truly cared a lot for our dogs and it felt like they got a vacation of their own as when we got pictures and video updates from Kyel it really seemed like they were enjoying themselves. When we returned home they were searching for where he was. He is very caring for the dogs, our cocker spaniel has anxiety and we worry about him but upon the first meeting I believe he sensed he was in good hands as during the duration of the stay he was calm with Kyel. If you want peace of mind you can trust in Kyel knowing he will love and treat your dog as if it were his own.”

“Honey had a very wonderful stay in Grace’s house. She is very responsible and carefully, also has a great communication with us during the period. Very recommended and reliable.”

“Wonderful family ! It was my first time leaving my dog with somebody I didn’t know before. Kat and Darrel were very approachable . I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them and their children. After meeting them in person , I felt they have so much care and love for dogs that my dog would feel like at home. And it was just like that . Loved their updates while I was away and the photos they sent . I was able to enjoy my trip knowing my dog was in great hands ! I would definitely recommend them .”

“An excellent experience! My dog Miya was very well taken care of, and I received daily photo updates, which was really thoughtful. Ning even gave my dog some fruits and vegetables as treats — much appreciated! I will definitely book with her again in the future.”

“It was my first time leaving my big baby (80lbs staffy x rescue with separation anxiety) with a sitter and I was so nervous. Drax felt right at home with Tyson and felt comfortable with him which was as one of my first hurtles. I live in an apartment so it was great that while I was away on vacation, so was Drax as he got to enjoy at big back yard full of yummy grass and toys. It was great Tyson also helped keep structure and worked on some training during his stay. Over all I went from an anxious mess contemplating cancelling my trip to doing the meet and greet and then seeing the updates and feeling reassured he was in good hands while I was away!”

“Isabelle was a great pet sitter! She had our pup for a week while we were on holidays. Pepper came home safe and happy. Highly recommend Isabelle and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.”

About: I have a deep love and passion for all animals, especially dogs. They tend to connect with me effortlessly, and building trust with each dog comes very naturally to me 🐾 I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and cats, and I’ve also worked with rescue and street dogs in Mexico. That experience taught me how to understand each dog’s unique personality, gain their trust, and care for them based on their individual needs. I have experience with all kinds of dogs, from high-energy pups who love to play and explore, to older dogs who need extra patience, comfort, and gentle care. I now offer dog sitting in my home, where your pup will be part of a calm, loving environment. I live near beautiful trails and green spaces, so your dog will enjoy plenty of outdoor adventures, long walks, hikes, and (with your approval) off-leash time. While staying with me, your dog will often be around one or two other friendly dogs, making it a great fit for pups who enjoy socializing and being part of a small pack. Your dog will be treated like family. Geeting lots of love, attention, exercise, and of course, cuddles I work a few hours online in the mornings and teach for a couple of hours in the evenings, which gives me plenty of time during the day to focus on your dog and take them on walks and outdoor adventures. I also live with my partner, who is an experienced dog lover and actively helps with care, walks, and outings. This means your dog gets lots of attention, exercise, supervision and love throughout the day. When your dog stays in my home, it’s like their own little vacation, full of love, care, and fun. They’ll be welcomed into a calm, loving environment where they’re treated like part of the family and truly adored. I build a genuine connection with every dog in my care, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved from the moment they arrive. Their days will be filled with outdoor adventures, walks, and lots of attention, balanced with time to relax and feel at home. I’ll follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible so they feel comfortable and secure, while also making sure they have an amazing, enriching stay. My goal is for your dog to go home happy, relaxed, and already excited for their next visit 💙

“Luna was reunited with his “other” family. Jennifer and her family have welcomed our fur baby into their home for the second time. We were always sent pictures of Luna to let us know how she was doing. She is always happy when she is there. Thanks for loving Luna when we have to leave her.❤️”

“Alicia is great, she is helping me out with my beast cane corso and he loves spending time with her. Her and her boyfriend are really nice and helpful for me with my busy schedule.”

Karina sent me daily updates of photos and videos which helped me feel at ease. It’s clear she gives the animals she watches lots of love and attention. I would definitely recommend Karina, and would use her as a sitter again in the future :)”

“Exceptional care for our fur baby! We left our dog, Charlie, with Oriana and her husban Jean for 10 days, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Leaving a pet for the first time and for that long can be stressful, but we were completely at ease thanks to the frequent updates and obvious love Charlie received. He had an absolute blast and was treated like family. It was so comforting to see and gave us peace of mind that our Charlie looking so happy and relaxed while we were away. We will definitely be booking again—Charlie already misses his home away from home! Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our boy!”

“Deborah and Mark are such kind people and took great care of our dogs while we were away for an extended period. They treated the dogs like members of their family, and took them on daily outings. Kody, Sophie and their kids treated my Chewy with so much love and care. They were patient and did a great job easing Chewy's anxiety. Little Cooper was a fantastic playmate. Every day i was sent a detailed message with lots of photos and videos. Chewy seemed very happy and at peace. Im very pleased with how everything went and I hope we have a chance to see eachother again.

Daniel and Layla were very friendly, not only in person but through our message communication as well. They respond promptly and were flexible with drop and pick up times which was really convenient. You can tell they love animals and I felt confident leaving my kitten in their care. Drop off and pick up was seamless, no trouble finding parking and they were waiting and ready for us both times. They also sent plenty of photos and videos and my kitten seemed relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend and have already booked with them again.

Tina went above and beyond caring for my dog while we were away for the weekend. She made my dog feel so comfortable, safe, and engaged that I never had to worry while on vacation. It gave me such peace of mind knowing my dog was in such caring and capable hands. I can't recommend Tina enough and will absolutely book with her again!

Andson guys are super attentive, and we always book with them to look after our cat! They’re incredibly trustworthy, responsive, friendly, and punctual. We always feel at ease knowing our cat is in such good hands. We’ll definitely continue booking with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable pet sitters!

Just had our dog complete his longest stay away from us to date (2 weeks). Vanessa and Ehsan were very aware of us being a little nervous and guilty for such a long stay but kept us very well informed on how he was doing. The visit went well and Cosmo seemed very relaxed for having us away so long. Vanessa and Ehsan Made leaving Cosmo a little easier than it may have been otherwise. Would highly recommend them for people who are a little nervous about longer first time visits. Well done!!

It was our first time leaving our dog, so we definitely did a lot of overthinking. Thankfully, Tejas kept us updated throughout, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was clear that our dog was comfortable, well cared for, and genuinely enjoyed staying with them. Tejas was also incredibly flexible and accommodating, even though our booking was last minute and we had a few hiccups along the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better first experience and would highly recommend Tejas to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter!

Tyson took wonderful care of our dog while we were away. She is very shy around new people, but he was incredibly patient and gave her the time and space she needed to feel comfortable. We really appreciated the regular updates and photos, especially hearing about her progress each day. He also took her on walks through the trails, which she loves, and it was clear she was well cared for and happy. Knowing she was in such kind and caring hands gave us real peace of mind. We would highly recommend Tyson to anyone looking for a reliable, patient, and compassionate dog sitter!

Serena and James were great with our little anxious pup, and very understanding and accommodating with our flexible schedule. Even for one night, they kept us updated and sent pictures and videos which was very comforting. They are very knowledgeable and understanding with dogs and their various personalities . I recommend them wholeheartedly. I’ll keep driving all the way from Abby to leave my pup with them in future.

Our first time booking with Kate and it was awesome! Our cat Charlie loved his visit and loved Kate. Charlie did not show any signs of being stressed out and Kate sent me lots of photos during Charlie’s 10 night stay with her. I will 100% reach out to Kate again next time we need a Cat Sitter

I will definitely be sending my pup Delilah back to Christy’s! Christy really treated Delilah like a part of her family🩷I received photo updates and Christy was great to communicate with! I really appreciated Christy taking the time to confirm all of Delilah’s needs🐾

We had a great experience with Vivian taking care of Snoop. Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was incredibly attentive to every detail, which gave us real peace of mind while we were away. She truly went above and beyond to make sure Snoop was comfortable, happy, and well cared for. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the pets she looks after. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vivian to anyone looking for a reliable and thoughtful dog sitter!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.

For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
