What really stood out to us when we initially inquired was that Mykyta and Michelle asked questions to really get to know Bear, it was a more personalized care routine for Bear to keep him comfortable. They were caring for 1 other dog that weekend and we really liked that they reached out to the other dog parents that they were caring for to make sure they were okay with their pup being around another dog. They also asked us if Bear was okay with that. Bear had so much fun with Mykyta, Michelle, their pup and the pup they were caring for. Thank you so much again!! About: We are a fun active couple who love doggies! We have a spacious home with a big garden that we can’t wait to share. We have experience taking care of friends and family’s dogs over the years, and can take on active bouncy pups to older dogs who need some quiet time! My husband and I both work close to home, so we’re available to do lots of walks and outside time. I work full time with long weekends often, my husband’s schedule is flexible and he’s often home during the day. Pets get lots of attention in our home, lots of garden time and cuddles! We don’t yet have our own kids, or pets and so we have a lot of love to give! Our friends and their cheeky chihuahua lived with us for 4 years and recently moved so we got used to having a furry friend around! We are the go to spot for doggies and friends to spend time and come together. A safe space, and maybe your dog’s new favourite vacation spot!

Sarah is absolutely amazing. She bonded with Lincoln so quickly, took great care of him and our home, and gave us updates while we were away. We are always nervous leaving Lincoln when we travel, but Sarah makes it so easy. I would highly recommend Sarah to anybody looking for a dog sitter. She is literally the best option you could find!
Kenny and her partner were fantastic with our rescue from India. He's 5 and can be reactive and anxious, but they had the knowledge and experience to watch him with no hesitation (which was very relieving to me!). If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
