“Kimberley was absolutely fantastic! She made me feel so confident in my decision to leave my precious fur babies with her. She took care of my two 6 month old kitties and loved them for me so that I could deal with a family emergency. I received photos and videos of them playing, and even making a new friend with the dog she has. I was shocked they did well, and happy for their exposure to another pet. When I picked them up and brought them home, they were happy and their usual selves. I opened their food bin to discover that Kimberley had blessed us with a few treats, and a fabulous little treat bin decorated specifically for my babies. About: I have over 10 years of experience caring for dogs. I have two dogs back home and one dog here in Canada. I walk and run with them three times a day. I also feed them and play with them using toys. I took a lot of lessons after having my dogs, including their behaviors, the best ways to take care of them and the symptoms of them being sick. I love animals so much that my mom said I couldn’t sleep without my dog staying under my bed. I have tons of treats and toys at home. I hope to have the chance to help you look after your dogs and make both of you happy :) Looking forward to meet your babies! Walk 2-3 times at least a day, can adjust schedule based on requests. My partner has his own photo studio in Richmond that he can bring dogs to the space and engage with them during the day if you are up for it. Fenced yard, crate available, can feed raw, freeze dried, or kibble/can. Our own dog is eating raw and I have extensive knowledge about this diet!

This was our lil guys first sleepover without us. Francine was kind communicative and the absolute best pal for Tank. Super grateful for her. And she also sent us home with a beautiful loaf of homemade sourdough! Simply the best. Would book with her again a million times over.

Sarah is absolutely amazing. She bonded with Lincoln so quickly, took great care of him and our home, and gave us updates while we were away. We are always nervous leaving Lincoln when we travel, but Sarah makes it so easy. I would highly recommend Sarah to anybody looking for a dog sitter. She is literally the best option you could find!
Kenny and her partner were fantastic with our rescue from India. He's 5 and can be reactive and anxious, but they had the knowledge and experience to watch him with no hesitation (which was very relieving to me!). I got updates and photos that Cooper was enjoying his time with them, so I never had to worry :)

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
