This was our second time having Janvi take care of our dog, and once again, it was a wonderful experience! She is super responsive, sweet, and attentive, and always takes the time to note down all of his needs. She’s very experienced with senior dogs, which gives us great peace of mind. Janvi is also incredibly easy and flexible to work with. Our flight was delayed this time, and she was so kind and accommodating with the pickup schedule. Yangling and Teresa did an amazing job with my two senior poodles, keeping us updated and following our instructions well while we were off grid and backpacking. They had such calm and happy energy and we could tell our girls were so happy to be there. We’re definitely returning for their services, and couldn’t recommend them more!
Aiko was amazing. She took wonderful care of Kiwi, our little 3 year old Havanese. He is a bit timid in new situations, but she made him feel at home very quickly. She is so thoughtful and caring. She sent pictures and gave updates everyday. We were so happy that Kiwi had such a loving place to stay while we were away. Aiko was the best dog sitter Kiwi has ever had. Our cat Rolo has just returned from his wonderful three-week holiday with Kamil and Karolina. We were a little hesitant to leave him as he is an older cat and finicky eater needing daily medication, but he really thrived with their loving attention. They assured us that all was well with regular photos and videos of him hanging out with their lovely cat Bluey, enjoying some play time, snoozing in bed with them, getting to explore outside on a harness. Xiaotao, Cynthia, is very nice and caring. Very polite and took good care of Mylo. Mylo has a medical condition and Cynthia was good about giving him his medication.
