My cat requires daily medication and insulin injections, and she took care of him as if he were her own. Xiaotao, Cynthia, is very nice and caring. Very polite and took good care of Mylo. Mylo has a medical condition and Cynthia was good about giving him his medication. Updated me regularly on his behaviour and sent me pictures. I would highly recommend her to one and all. I will definitely go back to her for Mylo.
Penny boarded our cat, Frankie for a little over a week, and was wonderful with our cat. As first-time Rover users - and with it being our cat's first time away from home in a new environment - we were naturally nervous, but Penny's frequent updates and photos were incredibly reassuring throughout the entire process. She was incredibly communicative, reliable, and attentive to Frankie’s needs. We were especially grateful for how carefully she managed the introduction between Frankie and her cat. Lulu was so sweet and easy-going, helping make the experience a positive one. Penny went above and beyond and made our first boarding experience stress-free, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We highly recommend her and would absolutely book again!
Leaving our 1 year old Cavapoo overnight for the first time was already a huge deal for us, let alone leaving him for five nights. Sunny and ZhiYi made the whole experience so much easier and treated him like one of their own from the moment he arrived. They sent thoughtful updates and photos every day, and it was so reassuring to see him always wanting to be close to Sunny, whether he was following her around or relaxing beside her on the couch. Seeing him sleeping belly up was probably our favourite update because we knew that meant he felt completely safe and comfortable in their home. They were incredibly patient with his picky eating, hand-fed him when he needed a little encouragement, and took such great care of all of his little quirks and routines. The sweetest moment was at pickup. Gamja didn't even recognize us for the first few seconds and actually tried to head back into Sunny's house! After we left, we walked him around the block, and out of habit he turned back toward her house again. It was such a funny and reassuring sign that he had truly settled in and felt at home with them. We are so grateful for everything they did for Gamja, and we would trust them with him again in a heartbeat. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of our little potato. ❤️
Aditya & Alpana are really amazing hosts! I had them sit my dog many times, and I'll always go back! They constantly send updates and photos, and you can totally tell they are true dog lovers. They even made special treats for my dog during her stay! Would totally recommend!
Kamil, Karolina and Bluey have been great hosts to my cat for 4 weeks. They’ve been very patient, caring, and very sensitive to cats’ needs. My cat is very timid but he got around to be comfortable with them. They’ve been super diligent in keeping me updated with photos and videos. Bluey their cat has been very welcoming too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book their help again the next time I’m out to travel.
This was Prince’s second stay, and it just confirmed how safe and loved he is with her family. She, her husband, and their little one are all so gentle and welcoming. Mohan took care of my little Sophie for 11 days, and I couldn’t have asked for better. She isn’t just boarding cats, she’s showering them with love. Throughout each day, she sent me multiple photos of Sophie lounging on her furniture, playing, and getting plenty of attention. When I picked Sophie up, she was relaxed and happy. Mohan’s care and constant communication gave me complete peace of mind. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
