It was very surprising that Coco was able to hang out with other dogs as it was something Coco was struggling with. It shows Alex is great with dogs. Alex sent many photos and updates everyday which relieved my worries as it was Coco’s very first time being away from home and the family. I can tell Coco loves Alex:)”

“Luisa and her partner were very attentive to Brady’s needs. They gave a full report at the end of his stay and accommodated a meet and greet with their own pup Banana. As I was approaching to pick up my dog, I saw that Brady was playing and rolling in the grass with Banana. I received photos and updates for his short stay and felt confident that he was well taken care of. Luisa also explained for the first night that my pup was crying most likely due to the separation and she joined him in the living room to sleep beside him and comfort him. Only a true “dog person” would have gone to these extents and I appreciate Luisa and her partner going above and beyond to ensure that my pup was comfortable. Thank you.”

When a problem did arise with him scratching his ear, which we told her could happen, she handled it calmly and professionally. She contacted me, the Rover vet, and our vet immediately and followed all instructions properly. We came home to a happy and healthy Duke.
