Growing up, my family and friends have always trusted me to care for their fur babies. The safety and comfort of your precious ones are always a priority to me. From super bouncy pups to zen gramps, I love them all! I graduated from UBC with an Animal Biology degree and am currently pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. I've worked with dogs and cats in both clinical and shelter settings, so I'm comfortable caring for animals that need a little extra care and attention, including daily medications (oral/topical). Just share your instructions and I'll follow them to the letter! Positive reinforcement and fear-free interaction are always my approach. I'd love to learn about your pet's personality and quirks before their time with me, so I know exactly how to make them feel safe and at home :)

She was wonderful with Khai! She graciously accepted our last-minute booking and took such great care of him. We really appreciated her flexibility, communication, and the care she gave Khai. We’d definitely book with her again!
Sherlyn was great with Kewpie. My rescue is anxious in new environments and with strangers but Sherlyn understood that Kewpie needed time to warm up before eventually settling for cuddles! Sherlyn made sure to ask tons of questions and I felt good leaving Kepwie with her for the day.
Sherlyn was incredible with Harold! He came home so happy and we can tell he had a fantastic time with Sherlyn & Bide. Thanks again for the care and going above and beyond for Harold!!! Would book again :)
Sherlyn was a great Rover for Oscar. She took great care of him and provided lots of photos and updates. I felt totally secure leaving my precious little guy with her and would recommend her wholeheartedly and also book her again for another stay. Thank you!

Sherlyn is a very caring and responsible dog sitter. From a very young age, she has deep love and dedication for dogs. She had wholeheartedly taken care of our Golden Retriever from feeding, bathing, training, as well as taking silly photos. Sherlyn is very comfortable in taking care newborn puppies as well. Her patience and professionalism make her the most dependable dog sitter you would ever need.

Schedule
We both work from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and have the weekends off. We are happy to take in any boarding request from Friday evening (drop-off can be anytime after 6pm) to Sunday evening. Saturdays and Sundays are usually the most ideal for the full daycare experience with us! Just send us a message and we'll figure something out :D

We live in a cozy two-bedroom apartment, steps away from parks, so your pup will get plenty of fresh air and stimulating walks every day. No yard, but we make up for it with the neighbourhood! We keep our home calm, clean, and pet-friendly, and we are very mindful of making sure your dog feels settled and secure in a new space. We also offer in-home pet sitting, which is a great option for pets who are happiest in their own environment. Familiar surroundings, same routines — just with an attentive, experienced caregiver looking after them.
A typical day
Every stay starts with a settling-in period, we give your pet the time and space they need to feel comfortable with me and their surroundings before diving into any activity. No rushing. From there, we follow their usual daily routine as closely as possible. Keeping things familiar is one of the best ways to reduce stress for pets in a new environment. Exercise & play: outdoor walks to nearby parks, indoor play sessions, enrichment activities like sniff mats, and some basic training for mental stimulation. Downtime: plenty of cuddles and calm time together, often with relaxing music in the background to keep the atmosphere soothing. Socialization: if your dog thrives around other dogs, We are happy to arrange playdates to keep their tail wagging all day. We tailor everything to your pet's energy level and preferences, just let us know what their ideal day looks like and we'll make it happen!

- The more we know about your pet, the better we can care for them — so please overshare! There's truly no such thing as too much information here. It helps to know how your dog behaves both indoors and out: Do they react to strangers, other dogs, or cyclists? Do they have a strong prey drive? Are there any household items that stress them out, like a vacuum or hairdryer? Any quirks, triggers, or funny little habits are all fair game. The goal is for your pet's time with me to feel as smooth and stress-free as possible — and that starts with knowing them as well as you do.
