He had such a wonderful time and he seemed calm and happy and it allowed our family to really enjoy our vacation. Sergio and Andrea communicated just the right amount, were responsive and solution-oriented and upbeat. Them having a dog or even two in residence made it super fun for Rocko so it felt like a vacation for him because he loves hanging out with other dogs. It was Ettore’s first time staying with them, so I was a little nervous at the beginning… but they were amazing from the start. They were incredibly patient and really took the time to understand his personality. They gave him space when he needed it, but were also very attentive and caring, which made such a difference in helping him feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. By the end of the stay, Ettore seemed relaxed and at ease, which says everything. We're so glad to have found Dean to look after our cockapoo Poppy! He made a great first impression by taking the time to meet with us and Poppy, to ensure we'd be a good fit for his space and pack. Poppy can be nervous around new people - especially men - but she gravitated toward him naturally and eagerly. Dean's care and respect for the dogs he looks after was evident throughout our interactions with him, and not only did she spend a wonderful weekend with her but we came away with some excellent advice for her dietary health and wellbeing. I went on vacation for 9 nights and grateful for the care Arjun provided to Kenzie. When I arrived he welcomed me inside to show me the living room and deck - which was very spacious! He sent daily videos of walks and Kenzie playing in a field off leash with another dog. I could see that she was receiving great care and doing well :).
Olivia is absolutely amazing! This is our second time using her and I can’t recommend her more. Her space is so cozy and safe for dogs with the perfect backyard and she is so caring. We got daily updates and pictures and we never once had to worry about if our dogs were okay with Olivia. She was so flexible and able to accommodate multiple last minute requests with no problem. When we’re back in the area we would definitely even go out of our way to book with her again!
Kirsty was excellent with our dog Ellie. We left Ellie with her for 2 weeks while on vacation, and received regular updates. She gave Ellie special attention, making sure she adjusted well, taking her for walks separate from her own dog at first to make sure she got familiar with her and the area, etc. We would highly recommend Kirsty to others in the future. We left our Bailey with Ghadah for 32 nights on our vacation. A couple weeks before we left Bailey's blood test results said her liver enzymes were high so she had to take medications for 2 months. Ghadah was so professional did such a great job taking care of her, communicating with us sending pictures and giving her medications following my instructions.
