Kathryn took wonderful care of Ettore. She kept me updated throughout the day and sent photos, which gave me great peace of mind. This was our first time using Rover and our 13-month-old teacup Maltipoo, Prince’s, first doggy daycare experience. As nervous pet parents, we weren’t sure what to expect. Prince is very tiny and can be a little shy, timid, and anxious, but Andrea and Sergio were very understanding of his needs and helped him get settled in and feel comfortable. They kept us updated throughout the day with photos, which gave us peace of mind. When we picked Prince up, Sergio took the time to answer our questions and share some helpful tips on socializing him. Prince had a great day, and we’ve already gone ahead and booked our next daycare visit. We would absolutely recommend Andrea and Sergio to anyone looking for knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy dog sitters.
Lisa was just wonderful. Very understanding and patient with my Luna. Luna is extremely anxious but Lisa made her feel right at home and was even able to take her for a walk. When I come back to downtown Vancouver, I will definitely see if Lisa is available. Huychq’u Lisa!
Yoonjoo was the perfect sitter for Bunni! she was very detailed, timely, communicative and friendly! she provided a lovely environment for Bunni and her dachshund, Niel to play safely. Another great stay at Saige and Jack’s! My puppy Norman loves going to their house, as soon as we pull up his tail is wagging and he’s so excited to see them and their dog Morley. They provide a safe home with plenty of outside time and exercise time! Will continue booking with them 🐾😊
