“Stephanie and Kevin are super sweet and accommodating. We had reached out to Stephanie and Kevin and explained what our circumstances were and they were so patient and understanding as we have never placed Milo with a sitter before. They offered a meet and greet and Milo was so excited to see them. After that, we arranged for Milo to stay with them for an afternoon and he was so excited to be with Stephanie and Kevin. He literally left us and went straight into their home without looking back haha! Stephanie and Kevin kept sending us photos of Milo during his stay and kept us updated throughout. They took him out for a walk and in general, they were super responsive which gave us such a peace of mind. When we went to pick him up, although Milo was happy to see us again, it was very clear that he had taken a strong liking to Stephanie and Kevin because he kept going back to them for pets and butt rubs! That was our sign that Stephanie and Kevin had become his new favorite people. We are so lucky to have stumbled across Stephanie and Kevin and we can’t wait to bring Milo over to theirs again. They’re really nice, friendly and we could tell they clearly love dogs, and they must have been so good to our Milo while he was there. Thank you both!!”

“When you're looking for someone who can take care of your dog, you would want someone who is both transparent and reliable. I've had many cases in the past where I have someone take care of my dog while I'm on vacation, but I'm not given any updates nor am I being reassured that things are going well. That made me paranoid and worrisome to the point where I can't enjoy my vacation anymore. But when I first met Amanda, she gave me higher hopes as I believe she set the golden standard for Rover. She gave me constant updates day-by-day, provided a large number of photos, and always kept me in the loop of communication. Never a day went by and I was paranoid of some sort, because Amanda was there to keep me in check. I highly recommend anyone, especially those who are very cautious with who they hand their dog to, to take up Amanda's services.
