I message Yoni and Lonni and got a really quick response saying they could take Alfred and accommodate his needs as he doesn’t get along with all dogs. They were very responsive every time I had a question and made me feel comfortable even if I hadn’t met them. We were flying early in the morning and they took Alfred at 5:30am. We messaged throughout Alfred’s stay and they sent me pictures of him playing with a lot of different dogs which I was surprised about as he can be picky. They seemed to be very knowledgeable when it came to introducing Alfred to the right type of dogs. I’m very grateful that Alfred got to stay with them. I understand each pet has their own routine and needs, so I always follow feeding schedules, walks, potty routines, medications and any special instructions provided. I’m home every day so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. I’m able to provide plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, playtime, walks and companionship throughtout the day, making sure your pet is comfortable and never feels alone. I provide a safe,clean,and comfortable home environment with close supervision. We have a fenced backyard with plently of space for the pup to run around in between potty breaks.

Leaving a pet for the first time and for that long can be stressful, but we were completely at ease thanks to the frequent updates and obvious love Charlie received. He had an absolute blast and was treated like family. It was so comforting to see and gave us peace of mind that our Charlie looking so happy and relaxed while we were away. She treated Qiuqiu like a member of her own family and made sure she was comfortable, happy, and well cared for throughout her stay. She also took her out for walks and fun outings every day and kept us updated with lovely photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We could really tell how much she genuinely loves and cares about animals. Qiuqiu looked so relaxed and happy with her! This is the first time I use Rover, I found Ellen and Richard for my dog boarding, they planned meeting and great time which I found it’s great for us to know some each other before kicking off the boarding. During boarding, Ellen and Richard keep me posted questions they have, walking my dog, playing with my dog, sharing happy moments they catches from my dog, I am so peaceful of mind having Ellen and Richard talking care of my dog! Mia was a perfect fit for taking care of our big sucky Doberman! She made sure to give Roxy the same care that she's accustom to at home - allowing her to cuddle in bed and making sure she was snuggled up in her blankie. Roxy loved the frequent walks and all the attention! We'll be sure to check in with Mia for her availabilty when planning our next trip.
Yijie was an amazing dog sitter. My dog is quite anxious, and this was the first time I had ever left her while traveling, but Yijie made the whole experience so reassuring. She was very attentive to all the details I shared about my dog’s feeding, walks, and moods, and she took her on several walks and little outings. She also kept me updated with lots of photos and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. My dog was clearly comfortable and well cared for.
