She’s a very lovely person and her 2 dogs are very cute and funny. “You know your dog enjoys the sitter when she watches them walk away and won't move. Taenelle and Andrew were great housemates for Remy! Remy enjoyed hanging out with Andrew as he worked from home, I think she kept him on track and ensured he wasn't slacking off :-) I would highly recommend Taenelle and Andrew to look after you fur baby. You can tell they really enjoy spending time with dogs, they both were very communicative, and were so very welcoming when Remy and I went for a visit before boarding her. If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
