She gave her lots of love and attention, fed her a great variety of snacks, took her on long walks and park visits, and she got along so well with Wendy’s dog. Wendy was also excellent with communication. We were constantly kept updated on how Poppy was doing, and she went above and beyond to capture and share such sweet moments from Poppy’s days with her. It really gave us peace of mind while we were away. I was initially nervous about leaving Poppy with someone I didn’t know, but Wendy completely changed my perspective. She is kind, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring toward dogs. I could tell Poppy was happy and comfortable in her care, which meant so much to us. I would highly recommend Zhen! This was my first time leaving my elderly cat with someone I didn’t personally know and Zhen put me at ease with regular photos and videos and prompt responses. She took excellent care of my elderly cat, including giving medicated food and oral medication. My cat was very healthy and happy when I picked her up after 12 days with Zhen. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
