Just like the first time, she was incredibly professional, followed all of Nono's specific feeding and play instructions perfectly, and kept me updated throughout the entire stay. She sends the best photo updates, which always makes me feel like I’m right there with him. It’s clear that Nono has grown comfortable with her, which gives me so much peace of mind while I’m away. He’s usually a bit particular, but he warmed up to her quickly, and seeing him relaxed in her care is the best endorsement I could ask for. Our baby boy Prince, a teacup Maltipoo puppy, had an amazing time with them. Prince is quite shy and needs a little extra attention and care, and Andrea and Sergio were attentive and understanding of his needs. Paco was happy, well cared for, and absolutely loved his walks.
