“Kyel was an amazing person to care for our dogs. We don’t normally go on many trips as we also worry about where to leave our dogs but we tried Kyel’s service. He truly cared a lot for our dogs and it felt like they got a vacation of their own as when we got pictures and video updates from Kyel it really seemed like they were enjoying themselves. When we returned home they were searching for where he was. He is very caring for the dogs, our cocker spaniel has anxiety and we worry about him but upon the first meeting I believe he sensed he was in good hands as during the duration of the stay he was calm with Kyel. Her dog, Koda, is such a sweet and well-behaved boy. Lola is usually the type of dog who prefers being on her own, but I think she found a new best friend in Koda! It was so heartwarming to see them getting along so well. One of Lola's favorite parts was going swimming, and we loved that she got to enjoy activities she genuinely loves instead of just staying indoors. Her home is also in a fantastic location just right by a park and in a very pet-friendly building, so there are so many perks for dogs. It truly felt like Lola was treated like family while we were away. We couldn't have asked for better care and would absolutely trust her with Lola again. This was our first time booking over Rover so we were pretty apprehensive. Sara immediately made me feel better once I met her - her calm presence and her clear love for dogs. Allie had a great time with Sara playing with a couple of other dogs in the yard and with her sons. Neelankshi took such great care of our chocolate lab Angus! Lots of walks and fetch + they took him to a beach a few times. Their dog Sissy and Angus became great friends. I would highly recommend her if you ever need boarding for your dog. Great communication. Great people.
It was my first time using Rover and I was very lucky to have found Xiaotao. She is an heaven sent, an angel, a saint. She was very kind and patient with my overly energetic labrador. She sent updates and pictures daily, which made me feel at ease. She even updated me on my dog’s poops. My dog was really spoiled at Xiaotao’s and I could tell from the pictures that my dog felt comfortable and calm with her very quickly, which is rare. I think she gets along really well with dogs because of her calm and patient demeanour. I would definitely book with her again and she would be my first choice every time.
