She spent lots of time with him once he was comfortable with the new environment and slowly introduced Jojo to her cat named Biscuit. She was extremely flexible with drop off and pick up times. Hayoung is also very detailed-oriented by asking great questions like what my cat’s litter preferences were and if he had experiences with other cats before. Deepika was overall great, responsive and sent pictures frequently. However, I would have appreciated if I was consulted on certain things she wanted to do differently. For example, deciding to use the collar rather than the harness I provided for taking Floki on walks.
Lauren and Keja were excellent sitters! They were able to are for and administer medications for my senior dog. They sent updates along with pictures while I was away which I really appreciate! They were very accommodating with drop off and pick up times. My mother in law and husband both commented on how nice they were after dropping her off and picking her up! Allison was great right from the meet and greet until she dropped our boy back off at home. She went out of her way to help us on our wedding day and it was great not to have to worry about him while we were super busy! Leaving Elle for two weeks (Aug 23 – Sept 7) was seamless thanks to Tania. She was super responsive, easy to communicate with, and really flexible when it came to pick-up and drop-off times.
