Xiaotao did a wonderful job watching our two cats and one gecko! The kitties warmed up to her within a few days, and they had their routines & medicine done perfectly. Coming home, it was as if nothing was different (which is a VERY GOOD thing!) Any anxieties I had before the trip disappeared as we received updates. Some extra things: She suggested a type of booking that helped save a bit of money, she always listened to requests and handled them with care (including getting mail), and she even stopped by on a day she wasn’t officially booked due to a scheduling error on my part.
