About: I lived with pets since I was a baby, I love being around animals, it’s like therapy for me. I currently work as a Project Manager 100% remotely and I am not allowed to have pets in my current apartment. I take long walks during my work day and being able to interact with a dog during my walks would be the ideal scenario. I recently lost my pet bunny and I deeply miss having a pet in my daily life. If I could take your dog for a walk, be assured they will have the best time and I know how important they are in our lives and I will make sure they are very well taken care of I work from home 100% of the time. About: I’m originally from Colombia and have been surrounded by dogs and cats for most of my life. I have two dogs of my own back home in Colombia, a Labrador and a Pit Bull, who are a very important part of my family. Being away from them has made me appreciate even more how special the bond between people and their pets can be. Although I haven’t worked as a professional pet sitter before, I have cared for dogs and cats belonging to friends and family, including feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks and keeping them company. While others just required some snuggles & a daily walk! I have had regular clients for many years that have always been happy with my service. “We will be booking Sandy again. Our cats were well cared for and relaxed with her. When we got home, they were glad to see us but were not stressed at all. Sandy went above and beyond the job description., our refrigerator broke down and she did some trouble shooting to see if she could get it cooled down. In the end we arranged to get a repair person in (which she kindly was willing to be on the call with me in case they had questions I could not answer). In the time it took to get a repair person scheduled, the food in our freezer went bad and smelly. She actually composted some of the rotten food for me (so the house was not stinky)! We loved all the cat reports and photos, communication was clear and very much appreciated!”
