About: I’ve had dogs in my life since i was 4! I’m returning to school and have free time! All of my family and friends rely on me for pet sitting as i’m fun, loving and caring for all their pets needs. I have experience working at a pet store and am knowledgeable about pets! About: I have had pets all my life while growing up in Mexico, USA, and Canada. Thankfully, I have secured a fully remote job so I work from home full time. However, my landlord doesn’t allow pets on my basement and with all this extra time at home I would love nothing more than to take care of your baby when not working. Dogs are truly some of the best company you can get in the world and it would be an honor/blessing taking care of yours whenever you are not available. I grew up around dogs, have lived with dogs for much of my life, and regularly care for my parents' two Toy Australian Shepherds whenever they're away. While I don't have experience with every unique medical or behavioural situation, I've been around a wide variety of dog personalities, energy levels, and temperaments. I pay close attention to canine body language, respect each dog's boundaries, and believe that building trust is far more important than forcing interactions. Whether I'm taking your dog for a walk, stopping by for a drop-in visit, spending the day with them, or caring for them overnight, I'll treat them with the same patience, attention, and respect I give the dogs in my own life. About: I was fortunate enough to grow up in a family with lots of animals and my mom was a vet tech so not only was I allowed to go to work with her and learn a lot of different medical things regarding cats and dogs, but I also helped out with babysitting housesitting a lot of animals with medical conditions. As a pet owner, I also understand the feeling of when you need help with your animals and having somebody that you know that cares and respect your animals just as much as you do. I work full-time, but I am more available in the evenings or during the night if you are doing a graveyard or a 12 hour shift where you need to have relief for your animal I treat them with respect and I would treat them as they were my own. I also had a bearded dragon which has taught me new care taking skills. With my GSD who passed, she had an acute kidney injury, I had to place special attention to medication, offering sub Q fluids, special meal plan, as well as partake in many reactivity training due to her behaviour.
