About: I’ve had dogs in my life since i was 4! I’m returning to school and have free time! All of my family and friends rely on me for pet sitting as i’m fun, loving and caring for all their pets needs. I have experience working at a pet store and am knowledgeable about pets! I was working in finance but am embarking on a new journey and am back in school. my classes are self paced so I am free almost everyday! I own a dog, her name is Joba. She loves making friends, giving kisses and going for long and short walks. She loves being outside. She’s the light of my life

About: Although I've never owned a dog myself, that's because I've always understood the level of time, commitment, and responsibility they deserve. I grew up around dogs, have lived with dogs for much of my life, and regularly care for my parents' two Toy Australian Shepherds whenever they're away. They're a mother and daughter duo with very different personalities and needs. The mother is a senior with hip issues who benefits from extra patience and mobility support, while her daughter has anxiety and does best with a calm, reassuring approach and a consistent routine. Being Toy Australian Shepherds, they're also incredibly intelligent and active, so I'm used to dogs that thrive on structure, engagement, and paying close attention to their individual needs. While I don't have experience with every unique medical or behavioural situation, I've been around a wide variety of dog personalities, energy levels, and temperaments. I pay close attention to canine body language, respect each dog's boundaries, and believe that building trust is far more important than forcing interactions. Whether I'm taking your dog for a walk, stopping by for a drop-in visit, spending the day with them, or caring for them overnight, I'll treat them with the same patience, attention, and respect I give the dogs in my own life. If your dog has a routine or needs I'm unfamiliar with, I'm always happy to do my research beforehand and carefully follow your instructions. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while you're away! Right now I have a pretty open and flexible schedule, so I'm able to work around most pet care needs. Some mornings and around midday I'm busy babysitting my baby brother, but outside of that I have lots of availability for walks, drop ins, day visits, and overnight stays. I like planning ahead and making sure I have enough time to give each pet the attention they deserve instead of trying to rush from one booking to the next! I'll mostly be caring for pets in their own home because that's where they're usually the happiest and most comfortable. My goal is to keep their routine as normal as possible by following your instructions closely, respecting your home, and making sure your pet feels safe while you're away. In some cases I may be able to care for pets in my home, but it will depend on the pet. I live in a small one bedroom basement suite with my two senior cats, who are very sweet but also very timid. Because of that, I'd only consider pets that are calm, cat friendly, and comfortable in a quieter environment. No matter where I'm caring for your pet, I'll pay close attention to their behaviour, body language, and routine. I know every animal is different, and I think noticing the little things can make a big difference in helping them feel comfortable.

For walking services, I am open to exploring local neighbourhoods or driving down to nearby hiking paths depending on how adventurous your little buddy is feeling. Safety is always my priority when it comes to walking; I pay close attention to dog energy levels, behaviors, and comfort levels around other animals and in various environments. I ensure that leashes, harnesses and collars are always secure and comfortable, and maintain a pace appropriate for your dog's needs.

About: I am a reliable and caring dog owner and dog lover. Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted a dog. I would constantly look after my parents friends dogs and walk dogs in the neighbourhood to get my dog "fix". No matter the weather I was always excited to walk the dogs and make them happy. I would run with them, play fetch, and make sure the dogs were getting challenged mentally. I have been looking after other peoples dogs for about 10 years and got my own dog about 4 years ago. While looking after your family member, I will give them everything they need. I will make sure they are getting enough exercise and attention. I will not leave them alone for more than a couple of hours as it is important for me to gain their respect. I can't do this if I am out of the house. I want your dog to feel as comfortable with me as they do with you.

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life. I currently have two cats at home. Having lost my senior lab last year, I’m looking to care for your pets. I walk every day anyway, so would love to have company. I work full-time so available for evenings or weekends. Also happy to stop in and check on your pets while you’re away. About: I was a Vet assistant for 7 years, before going to school to be a unit clerk in the hospitals. I have a ton of medical knowledge to provide extra safety for your little ones. Currently we have no animals in our home due to having young kids. They are extremely interested in pets and we will get one when the time in right. For now we would love to enjoy the company of other families pets. All dog walking will be with NO kids. Currently working part time hours. I work till 3pm and live close by. I have extra time for walking and cuddles. Boarding as well. Can help with pick up and drop off with discussion. We live in a 1100 sq foot condo with a large deck. We have half our deck covered in grass for emergencies. We have no pets, so there is no worry for dog aggressive pets. We have them a lot.
