About: My experience with pet care has roots in my childhood with two dogs. Friends, family, and Rover clients count on me to care for their fur babies while they vacation. I am comfortable with commands and recall techniques as well as medications and special needs. I will be in Vancouver for some time this spring and summer. I have a flexible schedule that enables me to make time tor commitments. I am very cautious in pet owner’s homes. Making sure to close gates, not leave food unattended and mindful of other hazards. I am very clean and considerate.

About: Hi! I’m Jenny! 🌻 I’ve been professionally dog sitting and walking for 8 years now. I have 20 years experience taking care of dogs and cats. I love the playful energy that they bring into people’s lives. While living in North Vancouver, I have dog/house sat for over a 75 different families and had amazing experiences. Some of the dog owners even call me “Aunty Jenny”! I’m Head of Creative Partnerships and work in the retreat industry. So my hours are flexible and I can work wherever there is wifi! When I take care of dogs, I can bring them everywhere and on a lot of outdoor adventures whether it be the beach to play fetch, trail walks, a long hike or run or to the dog park. I would love to own a dog, but I am still waiting until my travel bug settles down. Right now, I have to get my pup cuddles elsewhere :) I can pet/house sit any day during the week. I and go for 3-4 walks a day with the doggos (if they are able. I also have experience as a proffessional dog Walker for two companies in North Vancouver. * *New Service** I am now offering dog runs!! 30 minute runs or 60 minute runs—usually at mosquito creek. I’m currently not allowed to have pets in my apartment, so I would have to come to you! Happy to travel into Vancouver, West Van, and can travel to the lower mainland, Sunshine Coast, the Island, the gulf islands, Squamish, Whistler or elsewhere as well and would request that travel/ferry fees are covered. I also have extensive experience working with timid/traumatized/anxious and elderly dogs and cats and have a calming energy that many pets feel grounded around. I also am a plant and garden lover and will ensure that any greenery be taken care of! Rest assured, your plants, place and pets will be safe and happy with me! I look forward to connecting with you and your furry family members. 🤍 I work mostly online and am able to be flexible with my hours. Rest assured if your dog is high energy, they’ll do great with me! I often drive to nearby trails and if the dog is energetic, go on runs while throwing the ball behind me so they get lots of exercise! I am currently unable to board dogs and cats in my home as of now. But I hope to offer this service in the future.

About: I have taken care of dogs occasionally, not as a full time job, I get along with dogs so easily, love playing with them, feed them I can’t do volunteer work for BCSPCA pet care, because I have a very small dog, but bought stuff they need from Amazon and have them sent to their address It feels great, that I can be part of their happiness I’m currently working from home and have flexibility to take care of your dog, and for boarding after 3 pm works best for me.
