What sets me apart is the hands on experience I’ve had caring for pets throughout my life. I grew up with two dogs and helped raise them from puppies into adulthood, as well as growing up with cats. My sister was a veterinary technician for many years, and through her I learned a lot about caring for pets with extra needs, including diabetes, mobility issues, medications and other special care. We’ve had a cat who needed insulin, and my sister currently has a cat with arthritis who requires medication and extra attention, as well as another cat with one eye. I’m comfortable giving pets patience, understanding and individualized care, whether they’re playful puppies, older pets, or simply need a little extra attention

I provide pet care exclusively in my client’s home, where pets can stay comfortable in their familiar surroundings and routine. I follow each owner’s instructions closely and make sure their pets are fed, have fresh water, get their walks and playtime, and receive plenty of attention and companionship. I’m respectful of my client’s home and always make sure everything is clean, secure, and just as I found it. I’ll also take the time to understand each pet’s personality, routine, and individual needs.

We had such a great experience with Harmony! Her communication was excellent and we felt she went above and beyond during our dogs drop in visit, taking the time to give him a nice potty break walk and making sure he got plenty of attention. It was clear from her report card how much care she put into the visit. We came home feeling completely reassured that our pup was in great hands. Would absolutely recommend!
Harmony has a kind heart and, like the rest of our family, has always been passionate about animals. She’s been exposed to nature and animals throughout her life, and when she was four years old and tried to take a family member’s horse home with her, we knew we had another animal lover in the family! Harmony has been helping care for the pets of family and friends ever since. In 2019, we welcomed our first dog, Finley, and in 2023, our second dog, Migo. Harmony has consistently helped care for both of them, including walking, bathing, feeding, and, of course, keeping them entertained. It’s obvious that Harmony loves animals, but it’s just as obvious that animals love her. If anyone mentions Harmony’s name when she isn’t around, both of our dogs get excited and head straight to the door, hoping she’s about to walk in. We’re confident that your pets will be in caring and capable hands with Harmony. As an added reassurance, we have a veterinarian in the family, and Harmony’s sister previously worked as a veterinary technician, so if an unexpected situation or emergency ever came up, she would have quick access to knowledgeable help. We would absolutely trust Harmony with our pets and happily recommend her to anyone looking for someone dependable, attentive, and genuinely loving toward animals.

Dates de la garde
I have a flexible schedule and can make pet care a regular part of my week. I’m available for dog walking, drop in visits, and pet sitting, and I enjoy getting outside and exploring the neighbourhood. I’m happy to work around each pet’s individual routine, whether they need a daily walk, a quick check in, or some extra company while their owner is away.

- Before caring for a pet, it’s important for me to know their feeding schedule, medication or special care needs, exercise routine, personality, and any fears or triggers they may have. I’d also want to know how they typically behave around other people and animals, their bathroom routine, and anything else their owner feels is important. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can keep them comfortable, safe, and happy while they’re in my care.
