“Walter and Angela are a caring couple who love dogs. My dog Lucy was in their care Friday -Sunday at their home. They have a big house and big backyard. Although I was concerned about the gate in the back I was confident that they would be able to handle Lucy. I did hear that Lucy when peeing out the back escaped the backyard into the neighborhood. However Walter and Angela were quick about letting me know and tracking down Lucy as fast and safely as possible. They assured me they would find her and they did. Thankfully with their quick response they were able to find Lucy and pick her up from a neighbour. They found her from the pound being notified of a puppy in their back yard. They safely and promptly secured our dear Lucy. They then kept her safe for the next night and I picked up Lucy on Sunday which she seemed happy and excited. They sent me video updates every hour, showing how she was doing, which gave me so much peace of mind. Their dog, Harris, is an amazing and very friendly dog — Jessy was playing with him all the time and clearly had the best time. What really stood out to us when we initially inquired was that Mykyta and Michelle asked questions to really get to know Bear, it was a more personalized care routine for Bear to keep him comfortable. “I can’t say enough about how much we were pleased with Sandra’s service. It was our first time in 7 years leaving the dog with someone. My wife was extremely worried. But the first day we received a picture of Max (our dog) walking with kids to school, we realized he is fine, which allowed us to relax and actually enjoy our vacation. Sandra is very caring, responsible and just great. We were receiving pictures and short reports every day and in general the communication was very easy and prompt. Max had a great time as well, being in a company of kids and a centre of attention, we couldn’t find a better arrangement for our dog. And actually we think he misses them. Highly recommend!”

Jing and her family were absolutely amazing with our dog Nala. Nala was anxious to start but Jing was so patient and understanding through the initial transition period despite some accidents. She treated her so well I was almost worried Nala wouldn't want to come home! I would 100% recommend Jing to anyone looking for dog sitting or dog boarding and will definitely want to book with her again for our next vacation!
Mandy and her family gave meaningful feedback which allowed us to troubleshoot helping my dog adjust. They genuinely cared for our young dog beyond the basics. Arya had a great time with Jaeda over the long weekend when we were out of town. Jaeda and her friend took Arya along with their lovely black lab, Boomer, to their trailer at Cultus Lake holiday park. We had a wonderful experience with Yuke and family. Floppy was clearly very happy and well cared for during his stay. We received photos every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. He went on long walks and explored new hikes and trails, and he also had plenty of playtime with the kids. It was so sweet that the kids even gifted him a toy. We will definitely drop Floppy off with them again when we go on a long vacation. Highly recommend. 🐾💛
