That immediately made us feel comfortable and reassured. When we picked Snowy up two days later, he looked happy and relaxed, and it seemed like he had a great stay with no problems at all. We’re very thankful to Isabelle for taking such good care of Snowy. We would definitely trust her with him again!
Seeun had Gabbar over for 2 nights and she accommodated all his quirks and needs. He appreciated the multiple walks each day and all the love he got during his stay. This is our third time booking with Kyel for dog sitting. Kiki absolutely adores Kyel and is happy whenever she is in his home. It makes us feel at ease even when we are out of town for days at a time. Kyel is patient, caring and is great at ensuring your pet is well taken care of. Kiki was always scared of other dogs but with Kyel’s help, she has been slowly getting comfortable being around other small dogs her size. We are lucky to have found a reliable and kind pet sitter who we can trust.
Our family is genuinely thankful to Kate and Sami for taking such wonderful care of our Quinn, especially on such short notice. Sami was incredibly helpful in arranging a meet-and-greet with my husband while I was away picking up our daughter from her summer program. Quinn warmed up to Sami and her new surroundings very quickly, which gave us so much comfort knowing she would be happy and well cared for while we were away. We really appreciated the effort Sami put into getting to know Quinn—her personality, habits, diet, and daily routine. He even kept an eye on her poops and checked in with us to make sure everything was normal as Quinn adjusted to a new environment. It was clear to us that Sami genuinely cared about Quinn’s well-being, and that gave us great peace of mind throughout our trip. Although we didn’t get a chance to meet Kate, we are very grateful to the whole family for welcoming Quinn into their home and taking such thoughtful care of her. The beautiful photos and videos were also very much appreciated by our entire family. This was Quinn’s first extended stay with a new family via Rover, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found such a wonderful family to care for her right next door to Mundy Park. Unfortunately, through no fault of the sitter, our cat stopped eating much while he was there (Anxiety? Who knows?). We were informed right away that his eating behaviour changed. I appreciated the vigilance and communication. Excellent care for our cat! We will use again.
Great in every way. Our little Jack had so much fun. He had a bit of a weird thing in his stomach but Angela took such good care of him. Even brought to the vet without hesitation. Her kids played tons with Jack. Gave her baths. Cannot recommend her enough! And the house is lovely and big. Definitely dogs have fun here. Thanks again Angela and family!
