Fortunately, since her home is spacious and she also has a lovely cat named Kevin, it seemed like our cat had a great time during those 12 days. Zhaofen also returned all the leftover supplies we had provided, including dry and wet food and even the remaining cat litter. My pup gets everything he needs: exercises, cuddling, care, socializing etc. he even learnt to climb the stairs and be calm around young kids, which I never was able to teach him at home or at our training class before. She gave her lots of love and attention, fed her a great variety of snacks, took her on long walks and park visits, and she got along so well with Wendy’s dog. Wendy was also excellent with communication. We were constantly kept updated on how Poppy was doing, and she went above and beyond to capture and share such sweet moments from Poppy’s days with her. Hayoung was so amazing with my cat Jojo. She provided him with his own room with access to toys, water, food, and a litter box. She spent lots of time with him once he was comfortable with the new environment and slowly introduced Jojo to her cat named Biscuit. She was extremely flexible with drop off and pick up times. Hayoung is also very detailed-oriented by asking great questions like what my cat’s litter preferences were and if he had experiences with other cats before. Last off, she followed my feeding instructions to the letter and provided amazing daily updates + photos to me, which was greatly appreciated! Thanks again Hayoung! You are the best :)
As always, Isabelle is a great dog boarder and my Dog Apollo always looks forward to his time spent there. I enjoy Isabelle’s prompt replies and her initiative when it comes to sending photos. This is Apollo’s second stay and there will be definitely be more to come.

Ally and Kyle are the best! Truly the best Dogsitter‘s I’ve ever had over my dogs almost 14 years of life. They were so accommodating to his special needs with being a senior dog, they gave frequent updates and beautiful photos and videos, and they have a gorgeous home very well suited to a dog‘s lifestyle and needs. Honestly, my dog would probably be happier living with them and he came home, looking more youthful and happier than ever! Ally and Kyle are the best!!

Zhaofen cared for my cat Steve wonderfully during my family's short trip to Victoria. Pictures and updates were sent in the evening along with answers to any questions about his well being. She was gentle and attentive to him. I would definitely book with Zhaofen again.
