Ally and Kyle are the best! Truly the best Dogsitter‘s I’ve ever had over my dogs almost 14 years of life. They were so accommodating to his special needs with being a senior dog, they gave frequent updates and beautiful photos and videos, and they have a gorgeous home very well suited to a dog‘s lifestyle and needs. Honestly, my dog would probably be happier living with them and he came home, looking more youthful and happier than ever! Ally and Kyle are the best!!
We left our 9 months old puppy for 8 days with Alicia and it went great! Alicia sent us multiple daily updates with pics included which we truly appreciated. Our pup loved staying with her too and she felt like she was at home! We will definitely leave our pup with Alicia again!

Zhaofen cared for my cat Steve wonderfully during my family's short trip to Victoria. Pictures and updates were sent in the evening along with answers to any questions about his well being. She was gentle and attentive to him. I would definitely book with Zhaofen again.
We had the best experience booking our labradoodle in with Briar! This was our first time using rover and we loved how seamless it was to connect and we planned a meetup before booking to make sure it was a good fit. The communication during our 2 week trip was amazing, she sent lots of photos throughout and always replied quickly! Unfortunately, through no fault of the sitter, our cat stopped eating much while he was there (Anxiety? Who knows?). We were informed right away that his eating behaviour changed. I appreciated the vigilance and communication. Excellent care for our cat! We will use again.
Great in every way. Our little Jack had so much fun. He had a bit of a weird thing in his stomach but Angela took such good care of him. Even brought to the vet without hesitation. Her kids played tons with Jack. Gave her baths. Cannot recommend her enough! And the house is lovely and big. Definitely dogs have fun here. Thanks again Angela and family!
