We left our two dogs Gunther and Ellie for the first time with Isabelle. We were reluctant at first as it was our first time with Rover and had to make sure that we do a very good match. As we searched into the web and found profiles, Isabelle's profile caught us the most interest based on our needs and our pets needs. As we took a step with meet and greet and so forth, all worked well. In the last 20 days or so that we left Ellie and Gunther, Isabelle sends us daily pictures and updates consistently. She responds quick and concise to questions and concerns. It was easy to communicate with her. In the pictures, we saw and felt that our fur babies were well taken cared of. When we picked them up, even though they were always excited to us, they were less anxious and more relaxed. They were treated like family. Isabelle did not only the "task" but made sure that they were loved and cared for very well. We are very grateful for this made a big difference for our babies (us being away) and us as well (away from them)- TRUST was established and built and because of this, a definite "repeat" is sure to happen again. Thank you so much Isabelle!!!

Thank you so much for looking after Milo today! He came home happy and relaxed. We really appreciated the updates and photos throughout the day too, it gave us so much peace of mind 😊 We’d definitely love to book again next time!

Isabelle graciously took a last minute booking and looked after our family’s dogs over the Victoria Day long weekend. It was super appreciated. The dogs can be a handful but she handled them very well and sent us regular updates.

Isabelle and family took excellent care of Milo. He stayed with them for more than 3 weeks and he came back as a happy dog. Isabelle took him for fun walks everyday and made sure he ate well. She went an extra mile and cooked weekly meals for him. Isabelle sent us photos and videos of Milo everyday which kept us well informed of his wellbeing. She also kept him really clean and gave him a bath when required. Milo came back as a highly energetic and happy boy. Sh did pick up and drop for Milo as well which helped tremendously. We would definitely recommend Isabelle for her exceptional care and use her services again in future.
