About: My fiance (Yurim) and I both grew up with dogs, for the last few years we have volunteered with doggy daycare facilities and fostered for the SPCA while sitting on Rover too. We got our little Buddy in 2025 and have been having a ton of fun learning about him and finding out how to best care for him. We are ready to get back into doggy sitting and looking to find some new friends for Buddy so that they can enjoy their time better together :) Any days off I have listed are completely free. If I’m booked to take care of your family dog/cat then it’s my main priority. Happy to be flexible to best suit your pets needs :) Like a baby, try and always keep an eye on them, especially while they are getting comfortable with a new space. Lots of walks outside to let them be in nature too.

Menghan is amazing!!! My dogs recently spent an overnight at Menghan’s and she sent so many updates and every time I can see that my dogs are having a good time and playing outside. We had a great experience with Nicole! She followed all of Stanley's care instructions and kept us updated, which gave us peace of mind. Stanley seemed happy, comfortable, and well cared for, and it looked like they had a great time together. We wouldn't hesitate to book with her again—in fact, we already have! She's watching Stanley again in a few weeks while we celebrate our daughter's birthday, and we feel confident leaving him in her care. Highly recommend!
John was very responsive to messages regarding pick-up and drop-off and my outreach while I was away. He was timely to meet up for both drop off and pick up too and my dog seemed well cared for when we returned. My only wish would have been for him to send more photos and updates but I realised I didn't specify this beforehand so I was content with his rapid responses and photos when I asked for updates.
This was my first experience leaving my dog, Sakona, with a dog sitter. Guy was excellent at making the process run smoothly. We had a brief meeting before the big day so that Sakona could get to know him. I thought drop off would be very hard for me and that Sakona would stare after me wondering why I was leaving without her, but nope. Sakona was happy to see Guy again and everything went smoothly. I received regular pictures and updates to know that Sakona was doing well and having an adventure of her own. I was able to go on my short trip with peace of mind. Guy is clearly knowledgeable about dogs and provides excellent care. I didn’t get a chance to meet Zol this time, but I will definitely connect with Guy and Zol for any future dog sitting needs.
Yi took wonderful care of our cat, Misia, and we couldn't have asked for a better sitter. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and respectful, and had such a natural, caring approach that helped Misia feel safe and comfortable. Yi followed Misia's routine carefully, which really helped her settle into the new environment and adjust without stress. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Misia's well-being, and the feeling was mutual—Misia absolutely adored her! She had such a wonderful stay, and we came home to a happy, relaxed cat. One thing we especially appreciated was the daily updates with photos and messages. They gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Yi was also always quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and very accessible whenever we had questions. Being able to fully enjoy our vacation knowing that Misia was being so well cared for was invaluable. We would wholeheartedly recommend Yi to anyone looking for a kind, reliable, and attentive cat sitter, and we would happily book with her again.
Laura and Aaron were great with watching my english bulldog Franny! They were flexible for pickup and drop-off times, as I was later than anticipated getting home from my trip also. I was appreciative that they wanted to do a meet and greet as well beforehand and offered for me to see their apartment, which made me feel at ease with someone new watching Franny. My dog is also reactive to other dogs, but Laura and Aaron didn’t have any issues navigating that while walking her. I would recommend them for watching your pets 😊
We’ve used Andrea and Sergio twice for dog sitting in preparation for an upcoming vacation. Prior to our vacation, we just did a two-night trial stay, and we’re so glad we did. Our baby boy Prince, a teacup Maltipoo puppy, had an amazing time with them. Prince is quite shy and needs a little extra attention and care, and Andrea and Sergio were attentive and understanding of his needs. They kept us updated and provided some really helpful feedback about his stay. We’re very happy we chose Andrea and Sergio again.
Thammaporn and Kannaphat are the absolute best!! Our cat stayed in their home for 5 days and he was so happy and well looked after. We got so many pictures and you can tell they are huge animal lovers! Having them look after our boy gave us so much peace of mind, I cannot recommend them enough! 10/10

Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
