“Marta agreed to work with us very last minute and we couldn’t be happier. She came to our home every second day as planned and our cats seemed to really trust and interact with her; as per the photos she sent every visit. They looked so happy and comfortable! Marta was very quick to respond to small requests and changes we had while we were far away for two weeks and she was able to accommodate and extend by a day when we had flight delays that prevented us from getting home on time. We did have a back up sitter just in case but she was able to change her schedule for us. Aside from missing our cats, we never worried once knowing Marta was caring for them. I could not recommend Marta enough and we hope that she is available again if we were to need cat sitting in the future. She is very trustworthy, very kind, personable and just seems like an all around great person. Best of all, Winnie and Elliot were safe and well cared for and really liked her. About: I had a cat and a dog growing up and loved them so much! Our kids would love a pet but we travel a lot so would love for them to get a taste of having a pet! I work part time and mostly from home. My husband works and it is a dog friendly office. Our kids are in full time care and would only be around in the mornings and evenings. About: I've been around dogs all my life! My mom and I raised 3 Irish Wolfhounds together, and I started taking care of neighbours' dogs as a teenager. I adopted my own sweet girl Dahlia three years ago, and through her, have experience helping a shy and nervous dog feel comfortable and safe. Dahlia has come out of her shell beautifully, and is very perceptive. She will match the energy level your animal is giving, and approaches very gently. We are a great fit if your pet needs a little extra TLC! I'm currently in remote schooling and working part-time from home, so I am almost always around! Walks throughout the day in my quiet neighbourhood are easy to fit in, as well as trips to the parks nearby. I am happy to host your dog at my apartment in Fairview. I am close to the seawall, off-leash parks (please advise your comfort level), Pacific Spirit park, and walks around the neighbourhood. My unit is spacious and comfortable with multiple dog beds available. Please note that dogs will be going up and down the stairs 3x/day minimum, as there is no elevator in my building.

“Todd was amazing! He really helped us out at late notice and we’re so thankful. We had a meet and greet beforehand and Angus immediately loved him. He clearly loves dogs and wanted to understand Angus’s quirks to ensure he was happy and safe. Todd sent lots of cute pictures which gave us great confidence that Ang was doing well while we were away. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Todd to look after our boy again - Ang was sad leave he new pal!”
