Marta took the time to come and have a meet and greet with us when we first contacted her to ensure this was a right fit for everyone. She then checked in with us in the months and weeks leading up to our trip to let us know that her plans were still the same. On the day of our departure she promptly arrived at the requested time even though it was a very early morning start! Throughout her stay she ensured she messaged us daily and provided us with tons of pictures. She even took the time out of her schedule to FaceTime us multiple times so our pup could hear our voice. At the end of the stay, she left out space spotless and took the initiative to wash our sheets knowing that we would be getting in from a long flight. We appreciate her foresight and care for us as homeowners and pet parents! Our puppy is often aloof with strangers but took to Marta in no time. She was punctual, pleasant, and clearly took great care of both my dog and my home. She even left the house spotless and changed the sheets before she left, which was such a thoughtful extra touch. Since our first introductory meeting, Julia has seemed to be a very responsible, serious, and sweet girl. She came to stay with our beloved Cleo for 5 days, and the minute I left, I was assured that my dog was in good hands. She provided daily information on how the day was going and was always available to answer any questions I had. Cleo had a great time; Julia made sure that Cleo could keep up with her daily routine, and upon our return, Cleo showed clear affection and attachment to her. I will definitely contact her for future house-sitting or walks.

Cassie truly went above and beyond for us. Spending lots of time with our babies, sending us daily reports on them, and even leaving the apartment spotless (I think cleaner than when we left!). Overall, so worth it to ease my anxiety and know that my boys were being well taken care of. Will 100% be booking again!
I honestly can’t recommend Madison highly enough. From the very beginning, Madison was incredibly accommodating, flexible and easy to communicate with, including when I needed to make some changes to my dates. It was immediately obvious how much Madison genuinely loves and cares for animals. I was away for 10 days and received a lovely update and photo every day letting me know how Bella and Rainey were doing, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Rainey is a particularly shy and nervous dog, and I was so impressed by how quickly she became comfortable with Madison. They went on lots of extra-long walks together, and it was very clear from the updates and photos that Rainey was happy, relaxed and having a wonderful time. Knowing that both of my pets were being cared for by someone who genuinely enjoyed spending time with them meant so much to me. Madison also stayed in my apartment for the full 10 days and left it absolutely immaculate. Everything was cleaned up and taken care of beautifully. Towards the end of my trip, I unexpectedly became quite unwell and wasn’t sure whether I would be able to make my flight home. I contacted Madison to ask whether it would be possible to stay a little longer if I couldn’t get back as planned, and Madison could not have been more caring or accommodating. Having that reassurance during an already stressful situation was hugely appreciated. I came home to two happy, well-cared-for pets and an immaculate apartment. Madison went above and beyond, and I would recommend Madison without hesitation to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring and genuinely wonderful with animals. We will absolutely be booking with Madison again in the future!
