When looking for someone to care for him, I was nervous to hand over the reigns. He needs to be carried over slippery surfaces, and walked very carefully. Not easy when he's full of energy and not allowed to jump around! Iris is a kind and nurturing caregiver who just instinctively knows what to do. She even manages to successfully divert his attention - keeping him safe, stimulated and as calm as a puppy can be. Plus, he absolutely ADORES her!”

Rhu took to them right away and it was so nice to see the photos and updates that Anna sent me while away. She was very communicative and responsive and put my mind at ease in knowing that they treated my little pup with the love and care as if she were their own. Since getting back home, Rhu has been a little sad as she misses them, so I take that as a sign that they really are the best and bonded closely with her. They stayed at my home and left it very clean, maybe even more so that I do normally which was also nice to return to after an absence. Sheryl did an amazing job looking after Olive and staying over at my place while I was away. I was worried and anxious because this was my first time using Rover but she was super professional and patient with me with all the questions and comments I had. She sent regular updates and left the place super clean and tidy! She was also very patient with Olive and gave him lots of time to approach her first. She made my first Rover experience a dream :) Will definitely re-book in the future!
William did amazing with our three dogs, each with unique needs. He came over and took his time getting to know them during the meet and greet. Then during the sit he managed to walk all three of them skillfully, despite them being big pullers. One of our dogs had some behavior problems while William was over and he handled it wonderfully. He notified us immediately and tried various things patiently until our dog calmed down. Our dogs' quirks didn't scare William away from agreeing to sit them again. We will definitely be inviting William to watch our dogs again. Thank you William!!
Priscilla was amazing with Mollo! Such a carrying human being, she quickly understood his pace, needs and personality. Mollo was chill and happy when I arrived and I got lots of updates when his meds have been given to him. I will definitely be leaving Mollo in Priscilla’s capable hands in the near future :)
I'll be honest, I had real reservations about leaving my senior pup for a few overnights, but I couldn't avoid it. But Melissa really set my heart at ease and took such thoughtful care of my boy. I would recommend her to anyone. She also left my house in pristine condition. She's the best and if I ever need extended care again I would wholeheartedly work with Melissa.
What a great experience having Yue cat sit for me. I got so many great photos from him and humorous insights in their days. When I came home the place was beautifully clean and the cats were relaxed and constant. I can’t figure out how to post photos - I’d love to share the video if Yue walking through the neighbourhood meowing, which is one way I call my cats! What commitment to the job!
Sophia is an excellent dog sitter and my dog Buddy took to her right away. She sent lots of photos and updates during her stay and she did an excellent job looking after Buddy. I highly recommend her and will use her the next time I am away. Thanks Sophia for taking such good care of Buddy!
Katrina and Tom are excellent pet sitters. They show such care and kindness to both the owners and the pet. They really take pride in doing the best possible job they can to make you and your pet feel comfortable and follow the instructions. You layout regarding any routines. They were fantastic with our 11 week old puppy and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help with their pet.
Amazing! The loveliest people. We never felt worried about Chili with Sam and Charlotte. They were attentive, responsive, and ultimately gave our sweet baby a lovely time.
