I cannot recommend Joi highly enough! She provided outstanding care for my 16-year-old Yorkie, Tylo, who has specific medical needs and can be quite particular about food and medication. She handled everything with such professionalism and attention to detail. What really set her apart was her incredible communication - she sent a plethora of photo updates without me having to ask, which meant the world to me. You can tell she genuinely loves dogs and it shows in every interaction and photo she shares. Tylo loves her too! As someone who can be a little paranoid about my senior dog when I'm away, her constant updates allowed me to actually focus on my work and enjoy my trip knowing my pup was in such capable hands. She's incredibly reliable and her passion for caring for dogs is evident in everything she does. My only "complaint" is that her calendar fills up so quickly! Very highly recommended.
