Availability
My daily routine includes weekday morning classes (approximately 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM). During these hours, my sister Daphne, who is part of my Rover profile, may assist with boarding drop-offs or morning arrivals. Outside of class hours, I am fully available to provide walks, drop-ins, house sitting, and continuous care. I remain the primary caregiver and main point of contact, and I personally manage communication, updates, and your pet’s daily routine to ensure everything runs smoothly. For boarding stays, pets are always supervised and cared for within our home, with a consistent and attentive environment throughout the day.

I also provide regular photo updates so pet parents can feel reassured and connected while away. For in-home boarding, I’m open to discussing what’s best for your pet — especially if they’re used to calm, cozy environments. My place is cat-friendly, and depending on the pet’s temperament and size, I may also accommodate dogs on a case-by-case basis. Communication is key, so I’m always happy to discuss your pet’s specific needs in more detail to make sure we’re a great match.

For dogs, I ask about their walking habits, leash behaviour, and any situations or triggers to avoid during walks. For cats, I like to know their preferred spaces, favourite toys, or if they need extra patience to feel comfortable. I also confirm litter box routines or any cleaning habits to maintain their comfort. Finally, I always request emergency vet contacts just to be fully prepared and offer peace of mind to the pet parents.
A typical day
I love spending quality time with both dogs and cats, always adapting to their unique personalities and needs. With dogs, I enjoy taking them on calm, safe walks to help them release energy and stay mentally stimulated. I also make sure they have fun through games like fetch, tug-of-war, or hide-and-seek with treats. When it’s time to relax, I offer plenty of cuddles and affection if they enjoy it. With cats, I love engaging their curiosity through playful activities like feather wands, small toys, or laser pointers, depending on their preferences. I also respect their natural need for calm and safe spaces, creating cozy spots where they can nap or simply enjoy my quiet company. Whether it’s playtime or calm time, I always let the pet set the pace for our interactions, ensuring they feel safe, happy, and loved while their family is away.

Hi, I’m Daniela! With 4 years of pet sitting experience, I provide loving care for your pets, including walks, feeding, playtime, and medication administration. For boarding stays, my sister Daphne and I work together to make sure pets receive constant attention and care in a safe, comfortable home environment. For all other services (walks, drop-ins, and house sitting), I am the primary caregiver. We both are comfortable with all kinds of animals and offer personalized care to ensure your pet is happy and healthy while you’re away. If I could give a hundred stars I would!! I am so beyond grateful for Daniela & Daphne for taking such wonderful care of Mr. Smee. He wakes up with the sun naturally (very early in these spring and summer months) and they nurtured him and his needs with so much love. He doesn’t like being alone, so they were so accommodating with their schedules to make sure he always felt loved. I had a last minute work trip come up which made me worry finding care for Mr. Smee would be stressful, but Daniela & Daphne responded immediately and put me at ease. Daily updates and photos was also such a treat :) We look forward to the next time Mr. Smee gets to visit. THANK YOU!!!
Daniela was fantastic with my dog! She was extremely responsive and gave frequent updates, and my dog immediately fell in love with her and was very comfortable the whole stay.
