About: Ive been raised with dogs in my family for my entire life, including my own personal Akita named Simba. My upbringing and experience has taught me a great deal about how to care for pets, and have the utmost respect towards pets and pet owners alike. I’ve always taken great pride in taking care of my pets to the highest degree and treat them as both my family members and best companions. I have experience with very large, medium and small sized dogs from new born puppies to elderly. I currently work fully remotely from home 5 days per week from 9-5. I have a great amount of flexibility when it comes to giving attention or activity during the workday! I live with my girlfriend who is a dietitian in a dog friendly apartment building but do not currently have my own personal pets. We hired Amanda to watch our dogs for one night while we attended a wedding. We’re not from Vancouver, so it was obviously nerve racking hiring someone without having the opportunity to meet her ahead of time. Amanda was great, though, and accommodated our schedule, which hadn’t been finalized. She followed up with me before our trip and met us at our hotel the day before we needed her. Our dogs took to her very well. She was also incredibly flexible because we weren’t sure exactly what time we would be back from the wedding. We ended up being about 20 minutes late, and her flexibility reduced so much stress for us. It was very much appreciated and allowed us to enjoy the evening. She also provided lots of updates and took the dogs for a killer long walk!

Another great experience with Beth making sure Barlow was able to stretch his legs, eat, and play. It’s so reassuring that as a young puppy Barlow is able to trust Beth when we are away.
