About: I have lived in Vancouver for 14 years, and have owned and cared for dogs and various farm animals my entire life. I now have one dog now and am looking forward to help take care of others as if they were my own. I am a practicing lawyer for my day job, amateur athlete for my fun job, and a full time dog lover for everything else. I work full time, two days per week from home and am home a lot on the weekends. My dog is my adventure side-kick and we spend our weekends outside playing at the local beaches, on the trails, or in the mountains. I have a large fenced back patio and we go to the beach every morning around 6 am. I own my own apartment in a fantastic, dog friendly, and safe neighborhood. My neighbors all love dogs and we have a unique tightknit community. There are near by dog parks and lots of great walking paths. My home is very dog proof. My girl was a very mischievous when she was a puppy, so I have learned how to out smart most things. If there is something to get into, she will -- I have been through it all. This should give you peace of mind for leaving your dog in capable, competent, and careful hands.
About: Hi, I’m Han! Having grown up in a house with six cats and two dogs (yes, all at once!), I’ve been passionate about pet care for as long as I can remember. When I moved to Canada four years ago, one of the hardest adjustments was living without animals for the first time in my life. Luckily, I soon found petsitting and totally fell in love with it! I now have several regular clients and think it is a genuine privilege to be able to cuddle, play with, and care for so many wonderful pets! I find the two most important parts about my role are adaptability and communication. I am committed to working with you to curate the individual care that your fur babies need. I like to think that I’m a bit of a ‘cat whisperer’; animals tell us so much through their body language and I seem to be very in tune with their wants and needs. Each pet is an individual - I truly enjoy getting to know them and tailoring my care to their unique personalities. I understand that trusting me in your home with your precious pet(s) can be daunting. I am very conscientious and considerate - I guarantee I will leave your home clean and your pets content! I will be completely guided by you, including how much you’d like me to keep in contact while you’re away; if you would like daily updates, a photo dump every few days, or to only be contacted in case of emergencies, I’m happy to oblige! I have lived with two deaf dogs before, so have plenty of experience using hand signals and adapting to unique animal needs. Please feel free to reach out and ask me any questions. I’d love to make your time away from your fur babies as seamless and comfortable as possible! I currently work at a coffee shop in North Vancouver, which allows me a flexible schedule to provide plenty of quality care to my clients. I am an early riser, then usually have a chunk of the afternoon and all evening free. Most of my spare time is spent hiking or reading - which means that dog walking or cosy nights in with your pets fit in pretty seamlessly with my schedule! I do have a driving license and my own car, which means I can easily commute. I don’t take my role as a petsitter lightly; my clients are trusting me with their beloved animals and their home, which requires a high level of trust. I am extremely responsible and will always undertake my bookings with great care. I have had some wonderful feedback from clients about how happy their pets seem and how clean their homes are when they return. I take great pride in doing a good job! I really think that communication is key to any kind of petsitting or housesitting situation. I will be completely guided by you and your pet(s).

About: You can tell you really care about your dog—it shows in the way you handle him so naturally, even at 100 pounds. You’ve got that balance of keeping him in check while still letting him enjoy himself, and that’s not easy. He looks comfortable, happy, and totally at ease by your side, which says a lot about the bond you’ve built. It feels less like you’re just walking a dog and more like you’re out there together, just enjoying the moment. I currently work from 7am-3pm from home so I am flexible! It works great in the afternoon and evenings. I am available 99% of the time! I take my dog out at least four times a day and we do long walks of at least 2km. I can do group walks or separate walks!
“Kacey was absolutely amazing with our kitty Sherlock. We could not have asked for a better sitter for him. She is very responsive, flexible, and professional with us and so kind and playful with him. She was super on time for each check in and spend 30-40 minutes playing and visiting with him and sending us regular updates and photos. She went above and beyond to clean up his bowls and around the litter box so our place was spotless for our return. We were so relieved that our Sherlock was in such good hands when we were away and wouldn’t hesitate to use Kacey again in future!”

On our initial meeting Stephanie was calm, personable, warm and professional. She immediately hit it off with Sunny, and he felt comfortable to go out walking with her right away. I definitely would schedule Stephanie again to walk and take care of my guy Sunny. 🐾❤️

We are so grateful for Susan dropping in to relieve our puppy of a bathroom break, walk, and to provide some attention! Great communication, her presence is calming and approachable. Our little doxie can be nervous but already she has made a good friend in Susan :)
