About: Hi! 😊 I really get anxious, reactive, and super-sensitive dogs because I live it every day! My own dog is a big 'Covid puppy' who struggles with reactivity and submissive peeing. Helping her and everyone around us inspired me to dive into dog training. I’m a patient advocate for your pup. I know how to handle big feelings and keep things calm and stress-free so they feel completely safe with me. I’m on maternity leave and ready to help you with your puppy. My schedule is flexible so I am ready to provide an stress-free service for you. Whether I’m dropping in or heading out for a walk, my focus is on keeping your dog's exact routine intact so they feel safe and happy. I customize every visit to match their energy levels, handle greetings gently to prevent submissive accidents, and always send you fun photo updates along the way!

“Celic was so great!! She is so caring and responsive. I had 2 days I had to be away and couldn't check on Dolly. Celic sent pictures and let me know how she was doing. Gave her a walk and told me what a sweetheart Dolly is. I felt her to be responsible and lovely. I will definitely ask Celic to care for Dolly again. Thank you so much!”

“A big thanks to Robin! She sent pictures and videos and did a great job caring for my cats. They were clearly comfortable and happy purring away in the videos. Even my old antisocial cat came out to engage! Thank you so much!”

“It’s my first time to use Rover, and had someone I don’t know to come and take care of my cat. I left one week to spend the Christmas holidays, and I was super worried about my cat. But I’m so lucky to have Antinea! She is super sweet! My cat got good care!”

“We couldn’t be happier with the care Mehri provided for our two kitties during our 19-day holiday! From start to finish, Mehri went above and beyond to ensure our furry family members were happy, healthy, and well cared for. When we returned, we found two content and healthy kitties! Mehri’s attention to detail, genuine love for animals, and reliable communication made this the best pet-sitting experience we’ve ever had. We wholeheartedly recommend Mehri to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate caregiver for their pets. She truly treats them as if they were her own. Mijung provided exceptional care for our cat/son Soup while we were away for the weekend. She sent us frequent updates and lots of photos with each visit; it was evident he got tons of love and attention. Soup has some strong boundaries around being pet and is easily overstimulated, which always makes us a bit nervous when he’s with a sitter, but Mijung navigated this with no issues whatsoever. He usually takes a bit of time to show new people his affectionate side but by day 2 was already snuggled up with Mijung on the couch - a testament to her attentiveness and respect for his boundaries! She will absolutely be our go-to cat sitter going forward.

These sitters did an incredible job taking care of my senior cat for more than two weeks. They sent daily updates with photos and brought my shy cat out of his shell, and took excellent care of my home. They went above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Dai did a great job taking care of our cat! She checked in frequently, followed instructions, and sent LOTS of pictures. I also really appreciated that she squeezed us in at short notice, around other commitments. I felt very confident with our pet in her hands!

This was our first time using a drop-in visitor for our dog. We were a bit nervous about leaving keys with a sitter, but we went ahead with it based on Lyndsey's amazing reviews -- they were not wrong! She was super communicative, great to work with, and Koda seemed to love her visits. We would definitely recommend her, and she'll be our first call for when we need visits in the future.

You can coordinate how much supervision you want directly with your sitter. While every sitter’s schedule varies, here are some examples of supervision by pet care service:
- Boarding or doggy day care: Many sitters can provide frequent companionship because they design their day specifically around the pets in their care or work from home.
- House sitting: Your sitter generally stays in your home for the requested duration, which may include overnight care. They may step out briefly to visit other pet clients, but your home remains their primary base.
- Drop-in visits or dog walking: These can be scheduled in 30- or 60-minute windows (and can be shorter or longer at your request) to help your pet receive dedicated attention and care during those specific times.
Interested in constant or 24/7 care? This service often incurs an additional fee but many sitters are happy to discuss this option with you.
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in North Vancouver choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a veterinary professional or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means Rover Support will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
