About: Hello! So lovely to see you here. My name is Anna, and I am an incredibly friendly post-graduate student with excellent pet and people skills. I've decided to join Rover in hopes of connecting with you, my community. Based in Port Moody, BC, I am looking to get to know my neighbours and offer my pet-care services at a reasonable rate. I've had the pleasure of being a cat owner myself for 13 years, as well as pet-sitting for my friends, family, and neighbours over the course of that time as well. Ever since I can remember, I have been extremely passionate about animals, specifically dogs and cats alike, volunteering at the SPCA after school hours, and advocating for international rescue campaigns internationally, fundraising for animal rescue in Ukraine and the Greek Islands. On the days I am at work, I am typically available during early mornings or late evenings, with my schedule adjusting slightly week to week. I update my availability every few days to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible, ensuring I can meet your pet care needs reliably and with minimal stress on you and your furry friend! I kindly request that you and your pet meet me in person prior to booking, to ensure ultimate comfort for all parties involved. I pride myself on being highly communicative and love keeping pet owners updated throughout my time with your loved one. You can expect regular updates and plenty of photos during visits or stays. My beautiful yard offers plenty of supervised space for your pet to explore and play, especially if overnight stays are needed. During these stays, your pet will be welcomed into my studio basement suite— a bright, cozy space with ample supervision and opportunities for both play and relaxation!

About: I have been obsessed with pets from a young age. We have had cats, dogs, birds and reptiles. My family rottweiler, Trebor, inspired a particular love of everything four legged and since then I have had shih tzus and beagles. I love all pets like they are my own and, through experience and research, have an excellent knowledge of behavioural signs and symptoms in dogs. I understand each pet is a part of the family and will treat them as such. I am currently widely available for pet sitting, walking and drop in visits. I am very flexible and will work with you to best meet your pets needs. I have a secure balcony and plenty of rooms if your dog needs there own space. I have an off leash dog walk 5 minutes away from me. As well as secure garden area for regular toilet breaks. I also have maby comfy spot for the pets to snuggle down.

About: I've had animals for my entire life and was brought up with dogs of many sizes and breeds. It brings me great joy to look after animals of any kind, even the ones considered creepy and crawly. My approach is a thoughtful and caring one that aims to observe a dog/cats boundaries and work with them respectfully. I have looked after dogs and cats of all ages and sizes and know how to build a relationship with animals through care, observation, and consistency. I am currently a biology student whose goal is to pursue animal research and nature conservation. This means I will take an extremely thorough approach to caring for your animals and do any necessary research in order to better look after them. It's my passion in this field that helps me understand and work with animals. I am an extremely enthusiastic sitter and take great delight in getting to know animals and spend time with them. Whether cat, dog, or otherwise, I am looking forward to meeting them and giving them the best care possible. My weekly schedule revolves around college, I have 3 classes a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are usually long gaps between classes where I can check in on an animal or walk/feed them and I do not need to be at school all day. From Friday-Monday I have no scheduled commitments and can commit fully to looking after a higher maintenance pet. If you invite me into your home, I will be completely respectful of you animals routine and will do what it takes to keep that up for them. Whether it be walking, cuddles, playtime, baths, or anything else, as long as I have the information then I can do it. I prefer to have a document on hand of your pets needs, either digital or physical, so that I can provide the best care possible. With new animals my first objective is always to pay attention to their needs and communication styles so I can give them whatever they require. Establishing trust always comes first for me, with you and your animal. If you have any questions, needs, or concerns about care, please don't hesitate to bring them up with me. About: I used to have two boston terriers for 15+ years. When they passed away from old age it was really hard for me. They were healthy and just all around perfect dogs for me. I can’t describe with words how much I miss them. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be emotionally ready to own and lose my own dogs again. Right now I’m content with occasionally taking care of your dogs. Your dog/dogs can expect to be spoiled rotten with lots of affection, attentive care & mental stimulation. Any special needs can be catered to if informed ahead of time. All dogs must be house trained(except for puppies) and non aggressive towards other dogs and humans. Please bring all food, bed, toys etc to ensure your dog is not overwhelmed with too much change. I work from home full time typically from Monday to Friday 9-5. I have flexible schedule to take the dogs out for walks. It’s always nice to take a break from work. My place is usually very tidy and air conditioned. I make sure there aren’t any objects they can chew or swallow. Your dog will get one on one attention in a kid and other animal free environment.

About: I've lived with dogs almost my entire life. Most importantly, I rescued a 7-year-old Maltipoo, Badoo, from Korea about 2 years ago. Since then, my experience and knowledge of dogs have grown significantly (thanks to Google, YouTube, and ChatGPT). I also enjoy walks and playing with dogs. Cottonwood Park is only a five-minute walk away, and I know several other dog-walking routes. Last but not least, I am semi-retired, so I am very flexible and spend most of my time on Badoo and small house chores. Now, Badoo and I are so ready to be your best friends via Rover! Being semi-retired gives me lots of flexibility, and I spend most of my time at home with Badoo and small daily chores. We’re excited and fully ready to welcome new best friends through Rover! Another strong point of mine as a Rover Sitter is my house — it's 13,530 square feet, with a huge backyard, but just my lovely wife, Badoo, and I live in it. So, your dog will have plenty of opportunities for potty breaks and playtime. I also enjoy walks with the dog.
