Tyra made sure her apartment was cat proof and was happy to serve them raw food (which requires space in the fridge + weighting for each meal). My goal is simple: to ensure you return home to happy, healthy pets and a home that has been cared for with the same attention and respect I bestowed on my Short term rental property. I have the experience and expertise to handle any event that occurs in a capable calm manner. This is my retirement job and I’m so excited about it. It is in my nature to nurture animals homes, and of course, my kids and grandkids. I am a positive influence and addition in any role that I take on. This is also an opportunity for me to be active and connected, which is very important to me. Pets are best served by being in their own space where they are familiar and comfortable. Walks are provided that are adventurous or calm, depending on the needs of my current walking companion. Attention to detail will be provided in their maintenance feeding routine and healthcare guidelines provided by their owner and or veterinarian. I am skilled at administering medication and providing wound care.
About: I've been around dogs my entire life, even before I can remember! My love for animals started young and has only grown over the years. I've had several dogs of my own and currently share my life with my wonderful 11-year-old dog, who is a beloved member of our family and the gentlest companion anyone could ask for. Throughout my life, I've cared for family members' and friends' dogs, gaining experience with a variety of breeds, personalities, and needs. I also spent several years volunteering with a dog rescue foster program, providing loving care to foster dogs until they found homes. In fact, two of my foster dogs became permanent family members—my own happy "foster fails"! I love spending time outdoors and exploring the beautiful nature that BC has to offer. About: We have looked after dogs all our lives and for over 18 months continuous using rover. Took a break for a couple years but looking to get back into this. We take great care of all pets! Work remotely 11-7 every day at home and can look after the dog all day. Have housemates here too. We are all dog lovers and there’s dog parks right beside my place. If they need walked I will take them as often as their owner suggests. They will be loved here. Please note I will not be accepting stays that are longer than 2 weeks I’ll keep them in the room I’m working in and take them for walks as often as needed and other breaks. About: I used to have two boston terriers for 15+ years. When they passed away from old age it was really hard for me. They were healthy and just all around perfect dogs for me. I can’t describe with words how much I miss them. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be emotionally ready to own and lose my own dogs again. Right now I’m content with occasionally taking care of your dogs. Your dog/dogs can expect to be spoiled rotten with lots of affection, attentive care & mental stimulation. Any special needs can be catered to if informed ahead of time. All dogs must be house trained(except for puppies) and non aggressive towards other dogs and humans. Please bring all food, bed, toys etc to ensure your dog is not overwhelmed with too much change. I work from home full time typically from Monday to Friday 9-5. I have flexible schedule to take the dogs out for walks. It’s always nice to take a break from work. My place is usually very tidy and air conditioned. I make sure there aren’t any objects they can chew or swallow. Your dog will get one on one attention in a kid and other animal free environment.
