“At the last minute I had to arrange a week of boarding care for my 13 year old dog (Chihuahua mix) Rosie. I had never had to leave her in the care of someone I didn't know before. At 13 years old, Rosie comes with special care instructions and I needed to ensure these needs were met. After a trial daycare first to see if Isabelle was a good fit, it was clear that Rosie was in great care. Isabelle sent regular updates and photos and ensured Rosie ate well and got plenty of time outside (walks...and her favorite, sunbathing). When I picked Rosie up after the week of boarding, she was happy and healthy. I couldn't have been happier with this service that Isabelle and her daughter provided. If you're finding yourself needing some care for your older pet, rest assured that Isabelle will provide great care.”

“We left our little kitten with Zhaofen for about 12 days. She sent us daily updates, including photos and messages about our cat’s condition and how she was adjusting to the new environment. Fortunately, since her home is spacious and she also has a lovely cat named Kevin, it seemed like our cat had a great time during those 12 days. Zhaofen also returned all the leftover supplies we had provided, including dry and wet food and even the remaining cat litter.
