By the third time, when Sergio arrived to pick her up, Mochi was pulling the leash to run to him, tail wagging with excitement. They sent us regular updates throughout our trip showing Mochi and explaining how she was handling the changes and adapting to her new environment. They even went so far as to help train her to walk properly while leashed! This gave us great comfort and allowed us to enjoy our vacation since we knew Mochi was safe and loved.”

Paco was happy, well cared for, and absolutely loved his walks. One thing that meant a lot to us was knowing that Lara let Paco cuddle up with her at night, helping him feel safe and comfortable while away from home. Lara was also very accommodating when we wanted to visit him and take him out for a few hours during his stay. We’re so grateful for the love, care, and attention Lara gave Paco. Cristen did a terrific job at looking after my senior cat Flower. I was so anxious to leave her, but Cristen sent me immediate updates on how Flower was settling in. Even more so, she gave Flower nightly medication which always adds more care - I was so grateful to her. I had so much peace of mind as Cristen is deeply empathetic, caring, and on top of everything. Jennifer and David and their family looked after Kimi for a few days and I couldn’t be happier with their care. They were keen to know any particular thing that would help them care for Kimi and ease her into a new environment. Kirsten & Theron were such great hosts for my pointer, Boone. Knowing that he is a high-energy dog with demanding exercise needs, they took him on all sorts of adventures including trail runs and river swims. They were very responsive and attentive, and Boone came home tired and happy. So grateful for their help, and it was a relief to know that Boone was in such good hands.
If I could give more stars than 5 I would - highly recommend!! We moved to the area 6 months ago and hadn't yet found a place for our dog Cosley to stay when we go out of town. As any pet owner knows, it's always stressful to leave them behind. But Ana and Fabio made the decision easy and so comfortable. They provided a ton of updates, Cosley was well cared for with lots of love and walks. I can't recommend them enough!
