“I’m giving Ranah and Franki five stars because everything went perfectly during the week they cared for my dog. Hero was happy and active the whole time, and even though I was out of town, I felt completely at ease knowing he was in great hands. We stayed in touch through the app throughout the week, and I received updates at least twice a day about how he was doing. “I don’t think Nachos has had the same amount of love and care as he did at home. I was updated and Guy treated Nachos the same way as he would his own GSD. Guy was more than happy to take Nachos on adventures to play and to go to parks despite the weather. They spoiled Nachos on their lovely couch. Truly felt happy to leave them with Guy and Zol. Their place is Nachos second home.”

Veronika was great when looking after our high energy dog! She is very thoughtful and nothing was too much trouble. Very responsive to messages and sent plenty of pics. She was careful to take Hazel out in the cooler part of the day as our girl doesn’t love the heat. Hazel received a lot of love staying with Veronika and we’ll be sure to ask her to sit again in the future.
Highly recommend booking with Ivan and Niamh! ⭐️ They cared for our higher maintenance 13 year old dog for two weeks in their home and provided constant potty breaks, fun walks, and gave him his daily meds. Communication was excellent - quick responses, regular updates, and many photos were shared throughout the stay. They paid great attention to detail to our care instructions, and our dog was very happy with them. They are first class sitters whom you can certainly trust with your fur babies. Jennifer and David took such wonderful care of Oreo while we were away. We felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. They were so kind and easy to communicate with, and sent us lots of photos and updates throughout our trip. Oreo takes medication every day, and they were very conscientious about keeping up with her routine, which gave us extra peace of mind. It was also so nice to see how much their whole family welcomed Oreo; she got lots of attention and cuddles and clearly made herself right at home! (She especially loved all of Ruby toys.) We came home to a very happy dog. We would definitely have Oreo stay with Jennifer and David again and highly recommend them.
Maia and Robert + Frankie were amazing! Bali had a great time and Frankie was the perfect pairing to our dog, Maia sent daily photos and took Bali out somewhere different daily which our spaniel loved. Highly recommend Maia & Robert we will definitely been rebooking in the future!
Debbie is fantastic with English Cocker Spaniel, Ruby. We've used Debbie several times now and we'll continue to send Ruby to her as long as she'll have us. Debbie takes fantastic care of Ruby and Ruby just loves her. We get daily updates with photos and Ruby goes out for walks and to the park several times a day, and gets to spend time with Debbie's chihuahua, Rio -- they get along great. Thanks again, Debbie -- we'll be sending Ruby your way again for our next vacation!
Lilian made our dog feel very comfortable and the process of leaving her for a long duration easy. We received regular updates and pictures and could tell she made our pet part of her family and put us at ease. Very well accommodating to our timeline for traveling. Would use her again definitely.
Lucy had a wonderful time with Vanessa!! Vanessa made sure to keep us updated with plenty of photos and videos while we were away on our trip. Lucy definitely got to make the most of her time outside on walks and runs. Vanessa was accommodating for us when we had some issues with our ferry, meaning that Lucy had to stay a couple extra hours but that was no problem for Vanessa! Lucy will definitely be back!
We’ve used this sitter twice now, and we’d happily book again! They took such good care of our high maintenance dog, making sure he got plenty of walks, cuddles and attention. We really appreciated all the regular updates and photos, which gave us total peace of mind while we were away.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
