About: I am an experienced and responsible dog mom currently living with a friendly 1 yr old chihuahua who loves to play. I have lived with and cared for cats and dogs my entire life and treat them as family. Experienced with senior dogs, puppies and small dogs but have also owned and worked with bigger dogs too. Send your baby for the weekend, we will get out and explore and I will give your pet the same love, care and attention I give my own. I’m a full time professional Monday to Friday but would love to care for your pets on weekends and other time off. We will go for walks, have cuddles and gear our day to your pet’s unique needs. I live in a pet friendly apartment with a one year old chihuahua who loves other dogs and cats. If your fur baby is friendly and likes to play, this is the spot. We live near a dog park and are in a very walkable neighbourhood with many opportunities for sniffing. When not outside, we might be watching window TV or sitting on the deck together barking at others below. The house dog has many toys and loves to share, cuddles freely given.

“You know your dog enjoys the sitter when she watches them walk away and won't move. Taenelle and Andrew were great housemates for Remy! Remy enjoyed hanging out with Andrew as he worked from home, I think she kept him on track and ensured he wasn't slacking off :-) I would highly recommend Taenelle and Andrew to look after you fur baby. You can tell they really enjoy spending time with dogs, they both were very communicative, and were so very welcoming when Remy and I went for a visit before boarding her. The environment was clean, calm, and had a nice ambiance, which made me feel comfortable leaving him there.The price was a little on the expensive side, but overall it was a positive experience. We needed our dog watched for a day that would have otherwise been quite stressful for him and Fereshteh was the perfect choice! She was absolutely lovely. Our dog took to her immediately and we felt very secure in his care and attention with numerous updates and photos throughout the day. I wouldn't hesitate booking with her again and would comfortably leave him for an extended period. Thank you Fereshteh for looking after him so well when we needed it!

Taenelle was amazing! She kept us updated with lots of messages and photos, which made us feel so much better while we were away. It was obvious she genuinely cared about our cats. The cats were so relaxed when they got home and settled right in. That really says it all. We’ll definitely be booking with Taenelle again whenever she’s available. Highly recommend!
Parmida took wonderful care of KL and Rio while we were away. She is kind, caring, and clearly loves animals. She followed all of our instructions, kept us updated with photos and messages, and made sure our cats were comfortable and well looked after. When we came home, KL and Rio were happy, relaxed, and clearly had been given lots of love and attention. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. Mike and Jim are absolutely wonderful! They took care of our senior dog, who requires special attention, and from our very first meet & greet, they made sure they understood all of Manchas' needs so they would be fully prepared to give him the best possible care. They are incredibly well prepared with dog supplies, highly professional, and, most importantly, you can tell they genuinely love what they do. It never felt like they were just watching our dog, they truly cared for him as if he were their own. Communication was outstanding, with plenty of updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We couldn't have asked for better sitters. We are incredibly grateful and would trust Mike and Jim with Manchas again without hesitation. Highly recommended!
This was my first experience leaving my dog, Sakona, with a dog sitter. Guy was excellent at making the process run smoothly. We had a brief meeting before the big day so that Sakona could get to know him. I thought drop off would be very hard for me and that Sakona would stare after me wondering why I was leaving without her, but nope. Sakona was happy to see Guy again and everything went smoothly. I received regular pictures and updates to know that Sakona was doing well and having an adventure of her own. I was able to go on my short trip with peace of mind. Guy is clearly knowledgeable about dogs and provides excellent care. I didn’t get a chance to meet Zol this time, but I will definitely connect with Guy and Zol for any future dog sitting needs.

Thammaporn and Kannaphat are the absolute best!! Our cat stayed in their home for 5 days and he was so happy and well looked after. We got so many pictures and you can tell they are huge animal lovers! Having them look after our boy gave us so much peace of mind, I cannot recommend them enough! 10/10
This was the first time that Blue stayed with Erin and Sunny and I couldn't be happier ☺️. Blue had an amazing time full of walks, swimming and meeting tons of new places and friends. Erin provided me with constant updates about how Blue was doing and sent me tons of pictures throughout the days. She replied to all my questions (even all the silly ones 😁), that gave me a lot of piece of mind. Thank you sooo sooo much Erin for treating Blue to so amazing days and all the love you gave her. I highly recommend Erin and for sure Blue will stay with her and Sunny again.
Britt is an amazing rover! She provided us with plenty of updates and photos throughout the weekend. Lucy is amazing!! I am beyond grateful for Lucy. I had a very last minute trip and so things were a bit chaotic on my end with planning and timing. Lucy was so incredibly helpful and patient. She made time to meet us before so she wouldn’t be a stranger to Mylo the day I left. Instantly I knew she would take such great care of Mylo. She is calm, so kind and was very easy to talk to and plan with. I got so many wonderful updates while I was away and Mylo was so well cared for. So much love, cuddle and treats and so many fun walks and adventures! Lucy’s dog Olive was also such a sweetie and got along so well with Mylo. The two of them together and all the pics completed melted my heart. I can’t say enough good things about Lucy! Highly recommend! I would love to work with Lucy again!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
