So kind and patient with my traumatized cats who do not travel well. Lovely big space. Both cats adapted better than expected which is a testament to Xavier and Elaine. I think the cats liked it too much, they acted like I was kidnapping them when I arrived to pick them up.
Sadia was super responsive and caring with Pandora at all times and provided constant updates of my dog. And on top of that, the present she gave to Pandora at the very end was a super detail of couldn't imagine (I can see Sadia loves taking care of dogs) 100% will recommend her everytime!
After a long summer of plumbing work in my condo, I went away for several days. My cat stayed with Ivan V for 4 nights while the work was completed in my condo. While there, Ivan sent several photos each day showing my cat settling in, playing and relaxing. I'm so happy with how it all went and my cat has returned happy and healthy. I would definitely have Ivan V take care of my cat again.
Jeffrey was a last minute rover booking for us. He was reassuring, calm, punctual and very kind and loving toward our dog, Franky. He sent daily photo updates and notified us about how franky was doing on a regular basis. We would not hesitate to book with Jeffrey again.
Reid was so incredible with Larry! I booked short notice and Reid was easy to communicate and coordinate with. I received lots of updates and photos of Larry living his best life, Larry had the perfect balance of fun and cuddles, Will definitely be visiting uncle Reid again!
This sitter was so far above my expectations that I wish I could give them 10 stars! Amazing communication, with pictures and videos sent a few times every day. I could see in my two cats eyes how much attention and playtime they were getting and how happy they were. Both my little ones are back home and they are happy and healthy and it’s like they had their own vacation while I had mine 💕
Wendy was absolutely amazing with Poppy! She watched her for 6 days, and from the very beginning, I felt like Poppy was in such caring and capable hands. She gave her lots of love and attention, fed her a great variety of snacks, took her on long walks and park visits, and she got along so well with Wendy’s dog. Wendy was also excellent with communication. We were constantly kept updated on how Poppy was doing, and she went above and beyond to capture and share such sweet moments from Poppy’s days with her. It really gave us peace of mind while we were away. I was initially nervous about leaving Poppy with someone I didn’t know, but Wendy completely changed my perspective. She is kind, thoughtful, attentive, and genuinely caring toward dogs. I could tell Poppy was happy and comfortable in her care, which meant so much to us. We had such a great experience and I will absolutely be booking with Wendy again. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their dog!
We left our little Maltese puppy Angel with Sheryl for around 3 weeks. It was tough for us to be away from her but Sheryl was beyong amazing for our little treasure. Our puppy is a little shy and Sheryl took her everywhere with her. She introduced her to different doggies, environments and her family and that made our little baby so much more confident. Sheryl sent us video updates daily about our baby and that put our minds at ease. We have found our perfect match for Angel. We are beyond grateful to Sheryl for giving such great care and love to our little Angel. Sheryl will always be our first choice when we need to send Angel on vacation. Taenelle and her partner looked after Raffie and they were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately Raffie was unwell during part of the stay but they were so attentive and stayed in constant contact. Raffie had a wonderful time with them and did not want leave. I would absolutely bring Raffie back to stay.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
