We are so glad to have chosen Jody and Mitchell to take care of our cat Patate! She spent 8 days at their home, it was the longest we ever left her and everything went great. Patate is a healthy young cat but she's scared of strangers, and that can make her spicy. But Jody and Mitchell were patient, left her space and time, and by the end of her stay, Mitchell was even able to hold her. The communication went smoothly and Jody and Mitchell were very flexible. I recommend them 100% and will definitely book them again if needed!

We recently did a trial stay with Héctor and Jeanette for our dog Ettore, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it went. It was Ettore’s first time staying with them, so I was a little nervous at the beginning… but they were amazing from the start. They were incredibly patient and really took the time to understand his personality. They gave him space when he needed it, but were also very attentive and caring, which made such a difference in helping him feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. By the end of the stay, Ettore seemed relaxed and at ease, which says everything. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I would absolutely trust them again, especially for a longer stay.
It was my cat’s first time staying anywhere other than at home, so I was pretty nervous to leave him in a new place for the gift time. Trudy was AMAZING, she communicated with me once a day sometimes even twice a day to show me how Pedro was doing, answered all my questions and sent photos and videos daily. She made me feel calm and collected when I would’ve been otherwise very nerve wracked. I would 1000% recommend your pet to stay with Trudy.
Chenhui provided exceptional care for Jammy, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She kept us updated throughout the stay with so many photos and videos, which gave us complete peace of mind. She carefully followed all of Jammy’s care instructions and reached out whenever she had any clarifying questions, showing how attentive and responsible she is. Her dog, Bruno, was a wonderful companion for Jammy, and the other furry friends, Mochi and Ginger, made the experience even more fun. Jammy enjoyed plenty of long walks and even had an exciting car ride to a regional park! Chenhui did an amazing job managing the needs of all the dogs while ensuring each one received individual attention and care. We were especially impressed during the meet-and-greet process. She made sure we were completely comfortable with Bruno being around Jammy and even went the extra mile by arranging a second meet-and-greet to ensure the dogs got along well before the stay. It’s clear that Chenhui genuinely loves and understands dogs. We felt completely at ease knowing Jammy was in such caring hands, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. We highly recommend Chenhui to anyone looking for a trustworthy, thoughtful, and dedicated dog sitter!
My husband and I took a two-week vacation outside of Canada, and we were so fortunate to find Yingfu to care for our senior cat, Miaomiao. Miaomiao is 14 years old and requires two different medications twice a day, so we wanted someone we could truly trust. Yingfu and his wife were incredibly kind, caring, and thoughtful with her. They treated Miaomiao as if she were their own and provided us with regular updates throughout our trip, which gave us great peace of mind. We are absolutely so glad we chose Rui to look after Prince while we were away in Europe for two weeks. We truly could not have asked for a better person to care for him. Prince is a very shy and anxious little guy who does not open up to many people. We started with a daycare session with Rui, and we knew almost immediately that she was the person we wanted to choose to look after him for our two week trip. Rui was absolutely amazing with him. She was incredibly loving, patient, and caring, and within a day or so, Prince had completely come out of his shell and was acting like his happy, playful self. It was such a huge relief for us and allowed us to actually relax and enjoy our vacation knowing he was in such good hands. Rui also went above and beyond with his routine. Prince has a fairly strict feeding routine that involves mixing his kibble with cooked, shredded chicken breast, and she followed everything perfectly. We felt completely at ease knowing his routine was being maintained. The daily updates were also fantastic. Rui would often send us multiple updates throughout the day, including photos and videos of Prince playing, going for walks, enjoying treats, and just having a great time. The updates were not only incredibly reassuring, but also so cute and genuinely made our day while we were away. You can truly tell that Rui cares deeply about animals, and it was clear to us that she really fell in love with Prince during his stay. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Rui gave Prince so much love and attention, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did for him. We will absolutely choose Rui again and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and exceptional to look after their pet. Prince clearly had an amazing time, and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.
