“Benji stayed with Tracy, Hyphen and Pickle for 8 days. He had not been in close quarters with other dogs for ~5 years since our 2nd dog passed, so I was a bit apprehensive. But, I was reassured after looking at her reviews and a meet and greet, and felt that it would be great for Benji (who is normally a bit shy) to have the social opportunity. Tracy regularly sent photos and posters and ensured that Benji had a variety of play time activities, regular walks, naps, and cuddles. We are very happy with the care Benji had at Tracy's and have already requested another stay with her. Highly recommend!!”

Countertops, beds, top of the fridge — wherever they feel like being, that’s where they can be. I don’t change their behaviors or train them. If you would like more frequent check ins a series of drop ins may be a better option. = Boarding = I can provide potty breaks every 4-8 hours and your dog must be crate trained as that is the safest option for both my personal pets and yours. Rest assured the maximum amount of time they will be crated during the day is 5 hours while I am working. Your pet must be safe around cats as there is one in my home alongside my dog. Note that if you require pick up/drop off a service charge will be added. I'm currently working part-time as I'm a university student so my schedule is flexible so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pets! I'm very familiar with safe routes for walks in the neighborhood. Client's homes are always respected, and I can easily crate pups who need it. As long as instructions are given, your pet and your home are in safe hands.

About: I grew up with my grandmother’s female cat, who I considered my big sister, and my parents have three dogs at home. I currently care for my own rescue cat, Maulie, who I adopted off the street. Over the years I’ve also looked after pets for family and friends, handling feeding, walking, and overnight care. My philosophy is simple: I treat cats like guests, not pets to be managed. I respect their independence fully — there’s nowhere off-limits in my home. Countertops, beds, top of the fridge — wherever they feel like being, that’s where they can be. I don’t change their behaviors or train them. You’ll pick up the same cat you dropped off. I feed manually — wet food, dry food, or whatever you prefer — because I believe in watching how they eat and adjusting accordingly. No auto-feeders. I want them to feel attended to, not processed. I use a Litter-Robot so they always have a clean bed of litter. And they sleep wherever they like, including on beds if that’s their thing. I understand how it feels to be away and not able to care for your pet — everywhere you go reminds you of your babies. I don’t have fancy facilities made for professional cat care, just a second home for your meow meow babies. I work from home, which means I’m home most days and able to give cats plenty of attention, playtime, and consistent routines, so your pet is never left without care. I live in a calm, family home with my daughter and our rescue cat, Maulie, so your cat will be joining a household that’s used to gentle routines and lots of attention. I believe in indoor-only cats — they stay inside, always safe. I use a Litter-Robot to make sure litter is clean every single time, and I manually feed every meal to make sure nutrition is on point. The apartment is bright and fully windowed. I won’t let your cat onto the balcony unless you prefer it — and even then, they’ll only be out there when I’m physically present with them. The space is quiet, safe, and pet-friendly — just a calm second home while you’re away. Maulie is a friendly, socialized cat who spends most of her time sleeping. She gets along with almost every cat, and if she’s not in the mood to play, she has her own secret hideaway spot where she goes to be left undisturbed — so your cat always has space to decompress too.

Canela is pretty scared of other dogs, so we needed her to stay separate. They had no problem with the request and took great care of her. I also liked that each suite already had its own bed, bowls, and fresh water. I wasn’t aware that this location is ‘Doggy Meadow’, a lot of great details on their webpage. The owners were very welcoming and greeted us right on time. It’s a family-owned business and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs. They answered all my questions quickly and clearly, which was a huge relief because it had been a long time since we tried any sort of daycare with our skittish dog - since my sister was our original dog sitter but has now moved. The big gated field is beautiful. Canela got to go on off-leash walks and just roam around happily, which made me so glad we chose them. About: We both grew up in homes full of pets, including dogs and cats, (with Jeannalla growing up with 11 dogs!), so caring for them has always been a natural part of our lives. Over the years, we’ve looked after different breeds and sizes, which has helped us understand their unique personalities and needs. Our inspiration comes from our own dogs back home, whom we have not brought here yet, so we fill that space by caring for dogs here and treating each one as if they were our own. We are gentle, patient, and genuinely love spending time with them, so we never rush their care and take our time on walks, especially when we know how much they enjoy them! We put our full attention into making sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for, so you can have peace of mind while they are with us. We love taking LOTS of photos, so we’ll keep you caught up! We are both working professionals, with me on a hybrid setup and Richelle working on-site. On weekends, we are both home, and on weekdays we can still be flexible given the nature of my work. For dog walking and drop-ins, we make it a priority to be on time and fully present with your dog. We do not rush walks and let them move at their own pace, while staying alert to keep everyone safe. We always clean up after them and make sure they are comfortable. We also pay close attention to their behavior and will report anything unusual that could signal health or other concerns.
