“I can’t say enough about how much we were pleased with Sandra’s service. It was our first time in 7 years leaving the dog with someone. My wife was extremely worried. But the first day we received a picture of Max (our dog) walking with kids to school, we realized he is fine, which allowed us to relax and actually enjoy our vacation. Sandra is very caring, responsible and just great. We were receiving pictures and short reports every day and in general the communication was very easy and prompt. Max had a great time as well, being in a company of kids and a centre of attention, we couldn’t find a better arrangement for our dog. And actually we think he misses them. Highly recommend!”

It was Ettore’s first time staying with them, so I was a little nervous at the beginning… but they were amazing from the start. They were incredibly patient and really took the time to understand his personality. They gave him space when he needed it, but were also very attentive and caring, which made such a difference in helping him feel comfortable. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they look after. By the end of the stay, Ettore seemed relaxed and at ease, which says everything. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. I would absolutely trust them again, especially for a longer stay.”

“Trudy is a natural in terms of handling pets...grooming, timely food, playtime, medications, everything was taken care of. We are so happy and blessed to have found Trudy to care for my old cat. Bingo needs oral medication twice a day, and she doesn’t like the pills mixed with food (even with the wet food, she just lets herself starve to death if she knows the pills are in the food…), so Trudy needs to apply the pills directly into her mouth, and Trudy did a good job! She gives timely photo and video updates regarding my cat. If anyone wants to make their cats feel at home and forget all the tension, choosing Trudy is definitely worth it because of her professionalism. Her lovely private cat room is also a big help for my cat to feel secure and cozy during the stay. Thanks Trudy for taking care of my "Bingo”.”
