Jin is a very good pet sitter ! She took great care of our senior poodle noodle while we were out of town . She also sent photos and videos of him everyday with updates of his daily routine. This was a very nice vacation for noodle and we would highly recommend her to our furry friends :)
Daisy was a great dog sitter for my two Golden Retrievers. She invited us to her place a few days before the dog skating to the dogs would feel comfortable with her and her place. She kindly sent me pictures me pictures several times each day to show me what she and the dogs were up to. She took them walking, and to the beach. She gave me a full debrief when I picked the dogs up. They have home exhausted from all their adventures. Thank you Daisy.
Provider graciously agreed to have us drop off Titan at 10 pm (2 hours late) -- which helped our situation tremendously. Titan, despite separation issues, seemed comfortable and unstressed both at drop off and at pick up times. Seemed generally well taken care of and happy. Wouldn't hesitate to book another boarding with Josh. Apologies to Josh for all the shedding! It can be a full-time job to keep on top of.
Xuan was an amazing dog sitter for my Boston Terrier! She kept me updated throughout the entire stay, which gave me great peace of mind. She made sure my dog got plenty of walks and attention, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about her well-being. Xuan was responsible, attentive, and always made sure everything my dog needed was taken care of. I could tell my dog was happy and well cared for. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Connie really knows how to care for the dogs; she listened to my concerns, and explained everything I was curious about. Her dog, Alpha, is also really gentle and helped our dogs adjust so well. She kept sending me photo updates, so I could see how our dogs were doing. It was the best experience! I’m sure our dogs were happy with no doubt. :)
Anisa was extremely responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Most importantly, it was clear that my dog was comfortable with her and had a great time while in her care! It’s always reassuring to know your dog is happy and well looked after, and I felt confident leaving him with her. I would definitely recommend her to others looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter!
I appreciate Zhikun's willingness to take Luna on short notice when all of our other prospects had fallen through. I had not been aware of rover.com until a kennel owner turned us down because the notice was too short and then told me about it as an alternative. I basically signed up and made our booking that same day. Luna did lose a bit of weight but from our perspective that was a good thing because our vet. had been warning us about her being a little overweight.
Ashley and Kelvin were the absolute best!! Our dog Luca looked like he had so much fun and had the best time with their dog Charlee too. I’m an anxious pawrent but they sent us daily updates with lots of photos and always responded quickly. Honestly overall great boarding experience and we really appreciate how seamless the drop off and pick up was!
Sara was fantastic! She always sends us updates of our dog a couple of times a day, sending us videos that we look forward to watching every single time. She dog-sat for us for 12 days while we were out of the country and every time she sends us a video, we can see our dog was happy and comfortable. She sends us videos when he plays with other dogs, when she gives him food and their night time walks. Our dog is on a special diet because of tummy issues and Sara had no problems feeding him. She has a really high rating for a reason. She really went above and beyond. We can tell that she really loves dogs! It felt like our dog was on vacation too.
Coco looked after our pup George for a night and it all went well. Coco was very flexible and easy to communicate with, and sent various photos during the night. George seemed to settle in quickly, and even though he was only there for one night he seemed very happy when we picked him up. We'll be sure to use Coco again if we need a dog sitter.
If I could only give more than 5 stars, I would do so. Jingjing is a superb sitter! She always gives you an update about what’s happening with your pet for you not to worry. She’s very flexible and highly accommodating. She’s also very knowledgeable about taking care of pets. I would definitely leave Sasha to Jingjing’s care if I ever need a sitter again. :)
Viktor took good care of Custer for 3 weeks. Custer is not a very easy dog to care because he barks a lot, but he is very patient and has managed to become friends with him after three weeks. I really appreciate his time and commitment and don’t hesitate to recommend him.
