Taenelle and her partner Andrew were absolutely wonderful with our almost 15 year old boy. We rarely leave so any time we do there’s a bit of anxiety. She continued to send updates and reassurances he was having a great time. We will absolutely use them again if we plan another get away.
This was my first time using Rover, and Kim made it such a fantastic experience. She was quick to respond, provided plenty of updates throughout Dash’s stay, and gave me complete peace of mind. She took Dash on lots of walks and was always happy to share photos of their adventures, which I really appreciated. As the owner of a larger dog, it was also clear that Kim has plenty of experience with big breeds and handled Dash with total confidence. It was great seeing him having such a good time. The biggest thing for me was seeing how comfortable Dash was. He’s usually a little nervous in new environments, but he seemed right at home from the moment I dropped him off. It was clear he was well cared for and treated like one of the family. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!
Armaan did a beautiful job of looking after my dog Panda!! He responded to my last minute booking, quickly identified Panda’s temperament and was caring and sensitive with him. He responded promptly to any requests I had for updates and I picked up a happy and settled dog at the end of the visit. Short notice booking when we had a friend drop out last minute. Keilana was super quick to get back to us and made the set up and experience easy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her and the care she provided for my dog, Boba. This was my first time leaving Boba with someone else, so I was naturally a little nervous and worried because he is such an important part of my family. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to get to know Boba, listen to his routine, and make sure he felt comfortable and safe. Boba is a 4-year-old Bernedoodle who is very friendly, gentle, and well-trained. However, being in a new environment for the first time can sometimes be stressful for him. During his stay, Boba had a couple of unexpected accidents, including having an accident inside and experiencing some stomach issues. I felt so sorry and worried, but she handled everything with such patience, understanding, and kindness. She never made me feel guilty or stressed; instead, she calmly took care of Boba, kept me updated, and reassured me that everything was okay. Her professionalism and compassion truly meant a lot to me. What touched me the most was how she treated Boba with genuine love and care. She did not just look after him as a responsibility; she treated him like a part of her own family. She paid attention to his needs, respected his routine, and made sure he felt comfortable throughout his stay. Her communication was amazing, and every update she gave me helped me feel more relaxed while I was away. Because this was my first time leaving Boba with someone, I was worried about how he would adjust. But she made the entire experience so much easier and gave me complete peace of mind. I could tell that Boba was comfortable and happy with her, and that means everything to me. I am truly grateful for her kindness, patience, responsibility, and the love she showed toward Boba. Finding someone you can trust with your furry family member is not easy, and I feel very lucky that we found her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and compassionate pet sitter. Flynn had a fantastic stay with Jennifer and David!! He enjoyed the lovely porch and long walks every day. It was extra nice that the house was filled with their family and their family dog so he always had someone to play with. We received daily updates and pictures on his well being, mostly around the same time every day, which made checking in extremely easy. It was a fantastic stay and we absolutely plan to utilize them again!
