“Ivan and Niamh took excellent care of our dogs and home while we were away. We received updates on their feeding, walks and plays. We’ve even had neighbors comment on how much fun the dogs seemed to have with them. I highly recommend Ivan and Niamh and will also be happy to book them again.”

“Lily did a wonderful job looking after our two doggos. We can tell that they were treated with so much love. This is our second time with Lily and I would always recommend her! We are thankful to have her as an option on rover”

“Eva was a fantastic dog sitter! She was sweet and organized with my little puppy and took care of my house really well. She also sent constant updates and videos while I was away. Impeccable service!”

“Diana was absolutely wonderful with Winston! As a senior dog, he needs a little extra patience and attention, and Diana provided exactly that. She was attentive to his needs, kept him comfortable, and gave him all the gentle love he deserves. I came home to one very happy, relaxed pup. Highly recommend Diana to anyone.”
“Glenda was very communicative, sending pictures and updates during her stay with us while taking care of Lola. She also was able to take on the job very last minute which we were appreciate of.”

“Xinhong (Amanda) is an exceptional cat sitter. We were quite stressed when we couldn't find anyone to care for our cats at the last minute, but we were fortunate to find her. She is an excellent and exemplary cat sitter. She meticulously follows all instructions provided and is very attentive to details, including the cats' eating, drinking, bowel habits, and overall behaviors. She regularly sends photos and updates, which brings great peace of mind to the owners. I would highly recommend her without any reservations. My only concern is that she will likely become very popular very soon, making it difficult to book her for our next absence.”

“Katrina was fabulous! Took excellent care of our very anxious dog while we were able to enjoy an evening out. She sent lots of photos and worked hard to make him feel comfortable. 10/10 for sure!”

“Anna was amazing. This was my first time leaving my dog and I was a little bit nervous but Anna did an amazing job of keeping my fur babies happy. She walked Finny a ton and my cat Hunter looked very happy! I am so happy to have found her and have somebody that I know I can trust with my animals. Thank you so much, Anna!!”

“We just returned from a relaxing vacation and found our kitties to be completely content. Thanks for your care and attention to the house and our cats. I would highly recommend Isobel and hope to have her return in the future! Thanks for everything!”

“Lyndsey did an incredible job looking after my cat and (highly anxious) dog during a recent house sitting booking! I have a hard time leaving my dog behind when I travel, and it helped immensely knowing my sweet pup was in good hands. The regular updates put my mind at ease, so I could enjoy the trip even more. With Lyndsey taking care of my pets, as well as my apartment, it made the long holiday weekend trip possible. I also want to note that she picked up some meds from the vet for my dog while k was out of town, and gave Rigby medication without issue. I am grateful, all around - thank you for everything, Lyndsey!”

“Heather stayed at our place with our dog Stanley for 3 weeks while we were in Europe. She sent through detailed updates, pictures and videos and dealt with a few unexpected house issues that came up so professionally too. Our dog can be nervous with new people and has some reactivity. Heather was professional, understanding and really loving towards Stanley. We could tell how experienced she was with dogs. Stanley was so relaxed when we got back and we could tell how well he had been looked after. Thank you so much, Heather!”

“Thank you Mariia for looking after Daphne and Oswald. They always love seeing you and you are a wonderful sitter - clean, tidy, respectful of our home. Appreciate your responsiveness and the very cute photos you took!”

About: I've been a dog sitter for 4 years, fueled by my family's passion for dogs - my grandfather and uncle are dog trainers. I believe dogs deserve unconditional love and care, just as they give it to us. You can use my promotion code: CELICP96878, https://www.rover.com/sit/celicp96878 I currently work part-time in a doggy daycare, so I'm probably busier some days than others but I always going to be super happy to play and have fun with your furry friend. Dogs, like people, have their own personalities, eh? So, I just let them be themselves. If they're into gettin' petted, I'm happy to oblige. But if they're not feelin' it, I'll just give them their space, make sure they're fed and comfy, and show them some love while their owner's away. But please let me know if you're having any issues with the walks or behavior because maybe I could help you.

North Vancouver pet parents share their Rover experiences
Stephanie did a great job taking care of Patrick - she kept us updated and made sure to share both highlights and lowlights which was greatly appreciated. Patrick is quite anxious and can be challenging to handle at times. I felt like I could trust Stephanie to let us know if there were any issues. Patrick was happy and healthy when we came back home and our place was spotless. I would book her again in a heartbeat!

We were initially sceptical about this service since it was our first time using it and we had a very anxious and emotionally needy dog...the cat could care less :). Nancy and Aaron were able to bond quickly with our dog and kept us up to date with pictures and texts. Our house was immaculate when we returned looking as though a cleaning service had just gone thru it. Being able to leave your fur children in your own house and have someone come in , I believe, alleviates some stress for the animals. We were glad we found Nancy and will definately use her again when we need a sitter.

Ivan and Niamh took excellent care of our dogs and home while we were away. We received updates on their feeding, walks and plays. We’ve even had neighbors comment on how much fun the dogs seemed to have with them. I highly recommend Ivan and Niamh and will also be happy to book them again.

Eric and Hannah Louise were wonderful caretakers of our Frenchton, Willis. They were very professional and the house and Willis were in perfect shape when we returned. They played with him and walked him everyday and sent pictures and videos. We were truly thankful that it was these two pet lovers that looked after our dog. We would completely trust them to come back again. Thank you to two special people. Tracy, Jim, Michael and Willis

Theo is the best dog sitter the boys have ever had! She is responsive and kept me in the loop the entire time I was away by sending daily videos and updates. The boys loved her and their daily hikes in the forest - she even taught them to shake paw. I would highly recommend her. Bonus, she kept the house spotless and did a super clean which was a very welcomed surprise after a long trip.

She sent through detailed updates, pictures and videos and dealt with a few unexpected house issues that came up so professionally too. Our dog can be nervous with new people and has some reactivity. Monet was such a great sitter for our two dogs. She sent us lots of updates and pictures. She gave both our dogs lots of love and exercise which allowed us to enjoy our vacation stress free. She has also done check ins on a couple days where I was at work for long hours which was so helpful. Thanks Monet! Highly recommend!
