“Isobel was lovely and took really great care of our dog for the day. My dog can be anxious and reactive and Isobel knew how to manage her in a way that felt comfortable and safe. My dog seemed to love her and felt so calm around her. Isobel also made sure to keep us calm and sent cute pictures 😊 This dog sitting turn out to be much less convenient for Isobel than intended, and I know she went through a lot of trouble to keep the booking and not cancel on us. Annette was absolutely wonderful! She stayed with my cat Kirby for two nights and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She’s so kind, attentive, and on top of communication! She sent regular updates and photos, which I truly appreciated and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. When I got home, it was clear that Kirby was in good hands, and my apartment was left neat and tidy, which I appreciate especially after a long day of travelling! Sydney was available last minute when our other sitter cancelled, which we were so happy about! She sat in our home for almost a week and did such a great job with our two cats plus taking care of our home. She took care of our two cats, administering medication for one of them and they seemed very happy when we got home. She also left our place cleaned and tidied, which we so appreciated. Definitely would book Sydney again. Highly recommend!
It was reassuring to know that our two dogs were taken care of by Steve. He stayed with our dogs for 2 weeks while we were out the country. He is reliable and trustworthy, he gave our dogs all the extra meals from the freezer along with their kibble. He took time and care to understand what their needs were. I will definitely book with Steve again.
Bryana was incredible - she helped us out when we were in need of a sitter last minute for our New Years Eve trip, and did a wonderful job. We came home to a calm and content kitty, and a very clean and well-cared for home. During our trip she provided multiple photo updates to put us at ease, and was super communicative and quick to respond. She even offered to care for our many plants, and was sure to tuck away all of our mail and packages. I would be so happy to have her care for Gary again and would highly recommend her!

We’re honestly so delighted with the care Ciara gave our dogs over the Christmas break while we were away visiting family.
