“Hailey and Jacob were great rovers looking after our two Vizslas. They stayed in our home and left the home very clean for us including washing linens, towels, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. It was very nice to come home to a clean space. We got many photo and video updates to keep us posted on the daily adventures with the dogs! Vizslas are a high energy breed and also very sensitive dogs, and they were able to keep these two crazy dogs happy!”

“Kat was great, she looked after all 4 of our pets while we were away for just under a week. 2 dogs, 2 cats — one of our dogs is quite a big boy, older, and recently had a surgery so needed unique care and medications and she managed that very well. One of our cats also has special dietary needs that she navigated smoothly. She’s definitely a cat whisperer as our other cat who is quite shy was fully out of her shell with her and was very outgoing throughout the stay. The dogs had plenty of walks throughout the days and she took great care of the house while here too. House was clean and well maintained when we got back. It was our first time trusting anyone to take care of our pets while we were away and she was very communicative, sent us lots of photos of everyone, and we always felt confident they were in good hands. She figured out a great system to give both proper walks (my frenchie is slow + Stubborn and my rescue is a 75lb bully mix who prefers to go faster). This was my first time using a service like rover and I was so lucky I found Heather straight away. She was everything I needed to feel secure leaving my 3 babies . I have a senior labradoodle, an adult doodle and a shy cat . All my animals were cared for like I would have . She provided updates and pictures . Heather catered to all our needs as we are all a little unsure having moved recently . She sensed they needed extra snuggles and love ❤️ . Christie took such great care of our senior cat! She's pretty shy and anxious with new people, but Christie was so patient with her and gave her the space she needed to warm up. She kept us updated throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. We'll definitely be booking Christie again! :)
Harsh was a confident and communicative sitter. He understood our elderly dog's stated needs and also took initiative to ask about other ways he could care for our furbaby. Harsh sat in our home for an extended period and was a good houseguest as well; we would hire him again without thinking twice about it.
Menka was incredible. She was very communicative and gave us frequent updates. She picked up on our animals quirks right away and gave them so much care and attention! They weren’t even that excited to see us when we got home, so they really enjoyed their time with her. Cannot say enough positive things!
Mijung was so attentive and caring with our nervous rescue dog who struggles with being left alone - her experience with rescue dogs was clear from the moment we met and she was so intuitive to our dog’s needs and pace. It was his first night with a stranger, and when we came back home he was so calm and happy. She also was amazing at sending photos and detailed updates. Our cat is very nervous and skittish around new people, but she was totally comfortable and even cuddling with her while we were away. House was very clean when we got home, and we got photo updates every day which was super reassuring. Absolutely great experience, would highly recommend!

Words cannot express how amazing Shaila was! We’ve used this service a few times, but we’ve never experienced someone who showed such genuine care, compassion, and love for our old boy. Shaila was incredibly responsible and attentive with his medication and needs, and she kept us updated several times a day with messages and photos of their activities, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She went above and beyond—buying him toys and treats she knew he would love and, most importantly, giving him so much attention, affection, and companionship. Fiona was an absolutely wonderful housesitter and took excellent, thoughtful care of both of my cats and my space. One of the many reasons I chose to go with Fiona - George needs to take medication twice a day and Fiona's experience with administering medication orally was a relief on my mind as it wasn't a problem for her. She gave daily updates and left me at ease that my senior babies were well taken care of. I highly recommend Janea to look after your pets! She is a responsible, caring, reliable sitter who is intuitive with dogs and cats. Our dog immediately felt comfortable with her and even our very shy cat started to trust her. Janea was very responsive in her communication and left our place very tidy and the pets happy after their weekend with her. I would certainly have her look after our pets again!
Angela stayed at our place for 2 weeks taking care of our 2 Australian Shepherds. One of our dogs is reactive and the other elderly, so both have their special care. She sent lots of updates and let us know of any concerns related to our place or the apartment. When we returned our pups were happy and healthy, and apartment just as we left it.
