Heather is spending time getting to know our rescue dog who is anxious and suspicious of new people. Heather listens to our instructions and our pup is slowly but surely getting used to her. Heather stayed at our place with our dog Stanley for 3 weeks while we were in Europe. She sent through detailed updates, pictures and videos and dealt with a few unexpected house issues that came up so professionally too. Our dog can be nervous with new people and has some reactivity. Heather was professional, understanding and really loving towards Stanley. We could tell how experienced she was with dogs.
