Heather is spending time getting to know our rescue dog who is anxious and suspicious of new people. Heather listens to our instructions and our pup is slowly but surely getting used to her. As a fellow pet owner of her own rescue dogs, Heather understands their quirks and is focusing on positive reinforcement.

I've known Heather for a few years. I know her to be a responsible, loving dog owner/carer for her beloved Maggie. Maggie was a rescue who was horribly abused in her first years of life. Heather was in a position to adopt Maggie and provide her with the love and security she needed. When I got to know Heather and Maggie, our adventures would often include walks with Maggie. Heather was always aware of other dogs near Maggie on the trails. Due to Maggie's history, she was afraid of other dogs and often aggressive, if approached by other dogs. Heather always know how to handle those situations, keeping both Maggie and other dogs safe. I would trust Heather with any dog.
