We were nervous as it was our first time using an in home sitter for our two dogs, but Ema did a great job making us comfortable. They were very communicative, sending us updates with photos every day about eating, bathroom breaks, walks, and medication for our older dog. Our dogs were very comfortable with them in our home and the dogs were treated like family. I booked Yihan to watch my two cats during my three week trip to Japan. She stayed at my apartment during this time and took really good care of the boys. She was super responsive, and also sent many pictures to keep me posted during my trip. My one cat also has asthma and she was able and willing to give him his puffer while I was gone. Upon return of my trip my apartment was clean, just as I had left it. I would highly recommend booking Yihan as she is a great pet sitter!!
Alisha took great care of our anxious cockapoo and our home. I was nervous leaving Beau for a 12 day trip but Alisha made sure he was comfortable and loved and kept a regular routine that really helped him stay calm. She was very diligent with updates and she left our home sparkling. We will definitely hire Alisha again!

Spoorthi is an amazing sitter! My cat is shy and always uncomfortable with strangers. With Spoorthi, he warmed up quickly and was very happy. He is also a very high maintenance cat and spoorthi followed all care instructions with great attention to detail. She also promptly sent pictures with updates regularly. I honestly couldn't be more grateful for Jacqueline's approach to house sitting. She was very professional: she was quick to respond to any communications and seemed genuinely determined to ensure that we would be satisfied with the experience from start to finish. But she was also friendly and and easy going- amenable to the quirks of our house and generous in arranging her arrival and departure around our schedule. While we were away she sent video and photo updates, allowing me to completely relax and not worry about the pets or the house, which was a first. And when we returned the house was spotless and I mean SPOTLESS. We found ourselves wandering around trying to find evidence that she was here because it was so clean. This was my first experience hiring someone that I didn't already know to house-sit, and I was a little nervous. But she put me completely at ease during our first meeting, and delivered far more than I expected during her stay. I would recommend Jacqueline to anyone.
Amani did an excellent job of looking after Bella .She communicated often with me letting me know how things were going, I could tell from the photos that Bella was comfortable with her. She found interesting things to do with Bella like going to the local pet store to see Santa! I would definitely use Amani again,
Ruby was house sitting our cat Benji for a week. She sent daily updates and did a great job making sure Benji’s regular feeding schedule was being maintained. She also took Benji on his daily walks outside which we were thrilled with as Benji goes out on a leash only and is very used to his outdoor time.
We have been away for nearly five days and entrusted our beloved cats to Ayami's care. Despite her demanding schedule and professional obligations, Ayami managed to provide exceptionally efficient and dedicated care for them, demonstrating great passion. The cats appeared to adore her.
