“We feel so lucky to have found John! It’s hard to find pet sitters qualified to take care of exotics. We have 2 elderly bunnies and one needs medication daily. The Long Review: I met Gloria and Steven for a meet and greet before booking. Their communication was lightning fast and their instructions were clear and concise. They showed up on time with Wiggles (omg, what a little cutie!) and we went for a short to medium walk with the dogs outside for an introduction, potty break, and some general get to know you. During the walk, it became abundantly clear how genuinely kind and thoughtful Gloria was and Luna and I were welcomed into their home to view the space and to go over more details. I cannot emphasize enough how prepared they both were. Their home was set up with gates in case Luna needed some alone time, and Gloria had a lot of very good very important questions regarding Luna’s care. I was blown away. And so incredibly impressed. Luna is a very very easy dog to care for, but based on this initial interaction, i would not hesitate to recommend Gloria and Steven if you have a dog with more specific needs. They made detailed notes to my responses to their questions and i was so impressed with the attention to detail. I dropped Luna off and Gloria was right there waiting. I received adorable pictures and video updates during the day and you could see the smile on Luna’s face in all of them. Steven took her for multiple walks and had a great time with her. My pickup time changed and Steven and Gloria were so incredibly flexible with coordinating an earlier pickup. I met Luna and Gloria at the dog park. Luna looked so happy and I just knew she had an awesome day. 1st class communication, care, attention to detail, and love for dogs. So, I was a bit worried to use Rover service, but Shiyao was so helpful and communicative for taking care of Badoo for a daycare. About: I've lived with dogs almost my entire life. Most importantly, I rescued a 7-year-old Maltipoo, Badoo, from Korea about 2 years ago. Since then, my experience and knowledge of dogs have grown significantly (thanks to Google, YouTube, and ChatGPT). I also enjoy walks and playing with dogs. “It was my first time booking with Dean and I had a great experience. My dog Melo immediately warmed up to Dean and it seemed like my dog enjoyed his stay! You can tell that Dean has a genuine love for dogs which is reflected in the way he cares for them. Dean asked questions about Melo to personalize his care and is knowledgeable about dog nutrition. He took my dog on lots of walks and let him play around the home.”

“Jennifer and David took such wonderful care of Oreo while we were away. We felt completely comfortable knowing she was in such good hands. They were so kind and easy to communicate with, and sent us lots of photos and updates throughout our trip. Oreo takes medication every day, and they were very conscientious about keeping up with her routine, which gave us extra peace of mind. It was also so nice to see how much their whole family welcomed Oreo; she got lots of attention and cuddles and clearly made herself right at home! (She especially loved all of Ruby toys.) We came home to a very happy dog. We would definitely have Oreo stay with Jennifer and David again and highly recommend them.”
“We left our 7 month pup with Rachel for a 5 day stay. Over the five day period, Rachel sent me photos and videos of Mozy every few hours, and was very responsive to my questions and messages. I was very hesitant to leave our pup with a stranger but after my initial communication with Rachel and seeing how much fun Mozy had in her care, I felt reassured he was happy and in good hands. We’ll definately use Rachel again!”
