I have 10 years of hands‑on experience raising my Boston Terrier from birth and caring for her through every stage of life, including her final battle with cancer. “Bernard stayed with Angela and Walter for 3 days. It was our first time using Rover for care of our elder dog. They were open to a quick meet and greet too. Their space (indoor and outdoor) is perfect! I was so nervous because Bernard is getting older and has some back end tenderness, loss of balance, and has a specific raw diet. Walter and Angela were super responsive in communication. They followed his raw diet plan and B's walking and bathroom times. Forested walking trails are nearby and it is helpful for him to use his nose. They adhered to his feedings, sent pics and had this wonderful enthusiasm for Bernard. This was a good sign because at one point in his life Bernard was so shy and reactive with strangers. The 2nd time we asked Walter and Angela was just for a single day/night while fire alarm testing happened in our apt complex. It was a last minute thing. They were available and excited to see him. When we came over, Bernard immediately ran to them both, sidled up to them, and went into the house. It was so cool. So endearing. I knew he was in the right hands.”

About: Having raised a pup for 2yrs and a cat for 3yrs, I am familiar to caring for a pets. I understand the needs of each client and I learn the needs & habits of each pet thereby customizing the experience I provide. Your pet will find a friend on Grange neighbourhood. I work from home till 1pm, but I can manage a decent amount of hours before noon to care for pet clients. After 1pm am 100% available, I live close to central park which is an added benefit to go walk the pets. Since I’m home all weekdays, I can intake pet drop-in at my place. I care for pets by spending time, make sure they feel safe and loved, feed on time, play, take on walks etc.
About: I have been working with animals for over ten years, including regularly volunteering at local animal rescues, such as VOKRA and the BCSPCA. I can watch cats, dogs, bunnies, birds, and everything in between, but my specialty is cats and dogs. I am a high energy person who loves going on runs, and I love taking dogs with me. I often take my friend's and neighbour's dogs on hikes, and it's one of my favourite pastimes. I have been trained in pet care and animal CPR so I am confident in always ensuring your pet is healthy and safe. I work generally from home and I make my own hours, so stepping away to take care of pets is extremely easy for me. I also work in theatre consistently, but these hours are also staggered so my schedule is frequently very open. I have a three storey condo with two kitties living here. Personally I am more than happy to go to my clients home and watch their pets, both during the day and overnight to ensure they are looked after and safe. I live with two cats and my husband so I have plenty of time and ability to travel and stay in other places. I would love to meet you in person to make sure you feel safe with someone new watching your furry friend.

“Bernard stayed with Angela and Walter for 3 days. It was our first time using Rover for care of our elder dog. They were open to a quick meet and greet too. Their space (indoor and outdoor) is perfect! I was so nervous because Bernard is getting older and has some back end tenderness, loss of balance, and has a specific raw diet. Walter and Angela were super responsive in communication. They followed his raw diet plan and B's walking and bathroom times. Forested walking trails are nearby and it is helpful for him to use his nose. They adhered to his feedings, sent pics and had this wonderful enthusiasm for Bernard. This was a good sign because at one point in his life Bernard was so shy and reactive with strangers. The 2nd time we asked Walter and Angela was just for a single day/night while fire alarm testing happened in our apt complex. It was a last minute thing. They were available and excited to see him. When we came over, Bernard immediately ran to them both, sidled up to them, and went into the house. It was so cool. So endearing. I knew he was in the right hands.”
