The Long Review: I met Gloria and Steven for a meet and greet before booking. Their communication was lightning fast and their instructions were clear and concise. They showed up on time with Wiggles (omg, what a little cutie!) and we went for a short to medium walk with the dogs outside for an introduction, potty break, and some general get to know you. During the walk, it became abundantly clear how genuinely kind and thoughtful Gloria was and Luna and I were welcomed into their home to view the space and to go over more details. I cannot emphasize enough how prepared they both were. Their home was set up with gates in case Luna needed some alone time, and Gloria had a lot of very good very important questions regarding Luna’s care. I was blown away. And so incredibly impressed. Luna is a very very easy dog to care for, but based on this initial interaction, i would not hesitate to recommend Gloria and Steven if you have a dog with more specific needs. They made detailed notes to my responses to their questions and i was so impressed with the attention to detail. I dropped Luna off and Gloria was right there waiting. I received adorable pictures and video updates during the day and you could see the smile on Luna’s face in all of them. Steven took her for multiple walks and had a great time with her. My pickup time changed and Steven and Gloria were so incredibly flexible with coordinating an earlier pickup. I met Luna and Gloria at the dog park. Luna looked so happy and I just knew she had an awesome day. 1st class communication, care, attention to detail, and love for dogs. I will ABSOLUTELY book with Gloria and Steven any time they are available in the future! 🐕❤️”

Sherlyn was great with Kewpie. My rescue is anxious in new environments and with strangers but Sherlyn understood that Kewpie needed time to warm up before eventually settling for cuddles! Sherlyn made sure to ask tons of questions and I felt good leaving Kepwie with her for the day.
My dog Bella loves Cynthia and her dog(Latte). Cynthia had been so wonderful with Bella. She is always on top of sending messages and pictures just to make sure I am aware of how Bella is doing. She understands the needs and is so comfortable to talk to. Bella’s stay’s have always been so comfortable that she returns home happy and calm. Cynthia loves Bella as well and i am always relaxed when Bella is with her. There is always quick response to messages. Cynthia makes sure to update on everything which makes me more calm during Bella’s stay at her place. I will recommend her to anyone in the area who would want their dog loved and cared for.
Shayli was responsive and easy to coordinate with. She took Bubbles out to enjoy the beautiful day and was proactive about checking for any special instructions both before and during the visit. I also appreciated that she asked for permission before doing anything that might involve additional risk. I'd happily book with her again.
Shiyao did an amazing job with Willow! Willow had so much fun and got lots of stimulation, walks, and adventures while in her care. She came home happy and completely tired out. Shiyao sent lots of photos and kept up excellent communication throughout the stay. She was also able to pick Willow up from our house, which made everything super convenient. This is the second time that Dolce has stayed with Saeed and his wife. She ran to their building and straight to their door which tells me all I need to know! Ming was amazing in taking care of my dog. She was accommodating of our needs, gave regular updates with pictures, responded timely. She has a lovely yard that is fenced and well kept and I loved the the flooring was anti skid mat - making my dog play happily without slipping. Overall , my experience was great and I will avail her services again.
