She took the time to fully understand his needs, asked all the right questions and made sure he felt comfortable and at home. They were great at communicating with us both before and during his stay which helped us enjoy our day knowing he was happy and cared for with lots of walks, play and attention. One of the best experiences we’ve had on Rover and we would love to have more visits again in the future!”
