She’s been getting dog sat by them for a few weeks now pretty consistently and she’s settled in at their home so comfortably. Lucy took really good care of Donna! Lots of walking, pics and updates. She checked with us beforehand what she could or could not do during Donna’s stay (eg: keep her off leash on walks), which I appreciate since it’s common to forget to say everything when we meet. She replies fast and the whole experience was pleasant for Donna and for us.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
