Rachel came in and provided gentle, patient care to my cat who was very unsettled due to a lot of big changes over the preceding month. Even though Mayday hid during Rachel's visits, I still got updates about the small victories (eye contact, napping in front of her, interest in toys), and Rachel knew exactly how to behave with her, by just sitting with her, offering treats and toys, and slow blinking. From both the updates, photos, and how clean all of Mayday's things were when I returned home, I get the sense that Rachel is super detail-oriented. At no point during my time away was I concerned that Mayday wasn't receiving the best care possible, and she was the same goofy and loving little menace when I returned home. I'll absolutely look for Rachel again in the future.
This is the second time Cindy has looked after Gus and it has been a great experience both times. Cindy stepped in last minute for a couple drop ins, super easy to communicate with, took photos and sent us a message at the end of each drop in. Would definitely recommend Cindy!
Liesbeth is 100% reliable. She cared for my 2 cats beautifully and I didn't worry at all while I was away. She also went the extra mile to clean up a a few items that the cats had destroyed, so when I arrived home there was no evidence of this cat-accident! Many thanks Liesbeth!
Helen recently cared for my cat, Willow, while I was away for 12 days. Helen came each afternoon for 1 hour. She fed Willow and played with her, and she also cleaned up Willow's litter box. Each day I received lots of photos of Willow and a short report on how she was doing. When I returned, Willow was happy to see me and seems to have benefited from the care provided. I'm very happy with the care Helen provided and will definitely be asking her to care for Willow in the future.
