We’re a reliable North Vancouver pet-care team, with myself, Ivan, as the primary sitter and main point of contact. I currently have full weekday availability for pet sitting, dog walking, and drop-in visits, making us a great option for busy owners who need dependable daytime help. Niamh, my wife, supports early mornings, evenings, and weekends, so your pet benefits from extra flexibility and care. We both grew up with cats and dogs and are comfortable with a wide range of personalities and energy levels. We have owned several cats, and we also have experience with larger active dogs, including a German Shepherd Collie mix. Our focus is keeping your pet comfortable by following their normal routine as closely as possible. That means feeding schedules, walks, playtime, exercise, litter or bathroom breaks, and calm companionship while you’re away. We’re especially good with pets who need patience, consistency, or a gentle approach. You can expect reliable communication, photo updates, and attentive care. Whether you need weekday walks, vacation pet sitting, or drop-in visits, we aim to make things easy for you and stress-free for your pet.

Ivan & Niamh were so very lovely, patient, and kind with my anxious and quirky pup Loki! We had an in depth meet n greet before his first stay, where they spent time getting to know Loki, it was abundantly clear that they both genuinely cared about his experience staying with them! Loki spent the day with them and had an amazing time - he came home tired ( = happy) and relaxed. Won’t hesitate to recommend them both and will 1000% be requesting their help taking care of my boy again in the future!! Thank you guys so much!

Ivan and Niamh were great with Kira in her walk! Kira was really happy and comfortable right away with them. She came back tired and all smiles, definitely enjoyed her walk! Also, lots of pictures where I could see she was having a good time with them.
Ivan and Niamh are lovely and sweet to Arlo. I feel lucky to have found them. I got a great feeling from the moment we met. They are great communicators and offered ways to reassure me that it would be okay, as I am new to Rover and was feeling a little anxious about it all. I will continue to use them for walking Arlo and would certainly use them for boarding too. Arlo is a happy boy when he is out walking with them :)

Schedule
Ivan is the primary sitter and has flexible weekday availability. Niamh is available early mornings, evenings, and weekends, giving us extra flexibility for before-work, after-work, and weekend care. We plan around each pet’s routine to provide dependable, consistent care and timely visits.

We carefully follow feeding, walk, and medication instructions, while giving them attention, exercise, and companionship based on their personality. We respect your home, keep things tidy, and make sure everything is secure after each visit.
A typical day
Every day is tailored to your pet’s routine, personality, and energy level so they feel comfortable while you’re away. Dogs can enjoy walks, playtime, outdoor breaks, feeding, and lots of attention, whether they prefer active fun or a calmer pace. Cats receive feeding, litter care, interactive play, enrichment, and companionship based on their comfort level. We focus on keeping pets happy, engaged, and relaxed, with regular photo updates so you know they’re doing well.
